Summary
Samantha’s POV:
I walked into the brick building with a coffee in my hands, ready to start this normal day. Who was I kidding? There was never a normal day. That’s one of the reasons I like this job. Never gets boring. I walked to the nurses station and saw Kelsei doing paper work.
“You’re here early” I said as I set my stuff down. I took off my coat and sat down at my desk. Kelsei rolled her eyes and I smiled.
“Any new one’s today?” I asked and looked at the charts.
“Yeah, Niall Horan and Harry Styles…” she said and handed me their reports. I read Niall’s first.
Niall James Horan,
Never married, No record of mental illness. Four women killed and skinned, Niall was found on scene. Claims not guilty. Age 23.
“Well this should be interesting” I said and Kelsei nodded.
“Tell me about it…read Harry’s” She said and I flipped the chart over.
Harry Edward Styles,
Married, no record of mental illness, accused of killing his wife with an axe. Age (21)
"When do they get here?" I questioned.
"In about an hour..."
Characters
Brent Walker
Accused of putting his son in a washer and killing him. He is guilty but is still being investigated. He in fact has a mental problem and went crazy after his wife was shot. He is in love with Kelsei and will do anything to get her. (29)
Dylan Ryan/ Dr. Ryan
The Doctor on the Psych Ward. Him and Sam use to date a while back and ever since she broke things off, he has been trying to get her back. (23)
Harry Styles
Is accused of killing his wife with an axe one day. He swears it wasn’t him that he was ‘possessed’ or ‘drugged’ and is put in the same Psych Ward as Niall. Harry eventually let’s Kelsei in and tells her what happened. He feels close to Kelsei and started to fall for her.(21)
Kelsei Johnson
A nurse on the Psych Ward. She has to deal with one of her craziest patients, Brent. Kelsei just got out of a bad relationship and isn’t looking for a new one…that is until Harry crosses her path. She’s afraid to fall for Harry because he is ‘dangerous’ but as she learns Harry may not be guilty, she does everything she can to help. She is also Sam’s bestest friend. (21)
Liam Payne
A really sweet guy but don’t let that fool you. He is the toughest security guard in the Psych Ward. He is friends with Sam and Kelsei as well. Risking his life for them a couple times…(26)
Louis Tomlinson
A lawyer who works with the Psych Ward who takes on Niall’s case. He is best friends with Sam. Also the only one who believes Niall is truly innocent. (26)
Niall Horan
Accused of burning four women to death after raping them. He is put into the Psych Ward while the crime is being investigated. Niall swears he didn’t do the crime but nobody believes him. After meeting Samantha, he quickly falls for her. Trying to prove he’s guilty and get Samantha to fall for him. (23)
Samantha/Sam Carter
A Nurse on the Psych Ward who thinks Niall is innocent…She also has a thing for him eventually. But can she put away her old love for Dr. Ryan and give Niall a chance? She is also Kelsei’s bestest friend. (21)
Zayn Malik
One of Kelsei’s best friends also works as a lawyer/investigator on the Psych Ward. He is Harry’s lawyer and isn’t fully convinced Harry is innocent, but as time goes bye he finds a new suspect for the crime…(25)
