I sat in the back of a sleek black Uber car with Niall by my side. I looked out at the streets of London. I felt nauseous when A sight of a mother and her baby walked through the park. Niall saw my worry. "Cassia... You don't need to leave." He stated. I cleared my throat. "It's what's best, Ni. I need a fresh start. A new page in the book called the Life of Cass." I replied. He nodded and looked out the window.
I grabbed his hand. "Just.. Don't tell Harry, okay? It's best he doesn't find out I'm in America." I said. "Mkay." He said. He was acting cold, just one or two word responses. The SUV pulled up to the airport. The driver got off to help with my luggage, but Niall beat him to it. He pressed a note to his hand, and we walked to the entrance of the terminal. No paps. That's a good sign. I went through security, and waited for Niall. He wanted to go with me, claiming he wanted something different. He was heading to Los Angeles, I to New York. Our gates were right next to each other. We had a couple of minutes before my flight left. He turned to me.
"Cassia. Before you leave to the States and possibly never come back, I need to confess. I've always liked you. I had seen your IG a couple times. I wanted Simon to pick you for SOML because your work was amazing, and.... I really really liked you. Every moment I wanted to spend time with you. And then, Harry began to like you. Unlike me, he grew the courage to ask you out. He never. Ever did that. I backed off, but I never forgot that I loved you. The whole Barbara thing was to take my mind off of you. I just want to tell you. That. I'm. I love you." He said. I nodded. "I did have my eye on you. But, then Harry asked me out, and then you know. Niall, I-" my short speech was cut off my the nasal voiced flight attendant. "Flight 15b. 15b. This is the final call for all passengers." I realized The plane began to board five minutes ago. I got up. Niall followed me to the door. I turned to say our possible final goodbye, when he placed his lips on mine. It was a soft kiss. I understood now. I kissed him back. We parted. "I live you Cassia. I'll miss you. " he whispered. I sniffles as he pulled me into his arms. The attendant cleared her throat, impatient. "I'll call you when I land. I- I love you too, I guess.@ I said as the attendant pushed me into the plane. I sat in my seat on first class. I looked out the window. Niall stood at the glass window, his palm pressed to the glass. I waved, although he probably didn't see me. A few minutes after take off, I dosed off.
I pressed my palm to the glass. She said she lived me. This must be a dream. I decided not to go to LA. Hands in my pockets, I left the airport with a smile. She actually kissed me back.
Kendall turned in her sleep, her arm smacking me in the face. I really was tired if her. She was here for three weeks. Three! I pulled out my phone. I clicked on the trending section of twitter. #nassia was at the top. I clicked on it. Jealousy rage, sadness filled me to the brim. Pictures of cassia and Niall entering an Uber SUV. Leaving the car at the airport, hand in hand. The last one. Cassia stood at the gate. Niall was kissing her. I threw my phone in anger. He told me last year he liked her. He promised he would move on. A voice in the back of my head.
But she isn't yours.

I picked up my phone again. Kendall sighed in her sleep. I searched Niall and Cassia.
One article said she was flying to LA, hence the Anerican Airlines logo behind the the two. I was still in shock. The little baby gone. She's gone. I decided I needed to move on. I climbed back into bed. Kendall awoke and turned so I could hug her from behind. She yawned. "Goodnight babe." She whispered. I kissed her head. "Same." I fell asleep to the thoughts of cassia and Kendall swirling in my head.
