Through The Dark

Louis POV
On the flight back to London, I was trying to process what happened in the past two hours.

Liam and I were chatting with some old friends over breakfast.

A lady had her back turned to me.

I don't know what it was that caught my attention,
so I focused on the current conversation.

I spoke a few times, but kept looking at the chick.

A man walked up behind her, wrapped his arms around her waist, and kissed her. He leaned forward, and was hidden for a second. He smiled. I knew that smile..

"So how's Eleanor doing?" One of our friends, Max asked.

I smiled. "She's doing great. Can't wait to see her!@

"Any plans? Like tying the knot?"

"El has mentioned it, we talked and said we aren't ready. A couple years maybe." I replied.

A waiter led the couple to their table.
The man turned.
David Killian. It's Ward.
He caught my eye and shyly looked away.
He tugged his female companion.
Her face was tilted, her hair covering her face. She wire sunglasses, too.
They took a seat.
A blonde woman walked in,
carrying a baby carrier.
She set it down.

"Call me when you want the limo."

The names.. I probably heard that wrong.
Its the American food. Messing with my brain or something of the sort.

The girl left, leaving Daniel alone.
Wait, he wasn't.
He rocked the carrier back and forth.
His number one ran who was constantly ranting about the Avengers, mentioned his daughter was born about three weeks ago.

I ate some more, chatted a bit, texted El.

The girl came back.

She whispered to Daniel.
He picked up the carrier, and walked out.
She grabbed the diaper bag and turned around to retrieve a formula bottle that rolled out.

"Thanks. It al-" She choked on her words when she saw me.

She ran out. I followed.
I saw Liam get up, too.

"Cassia! Wait!" I yelled.
