Zayn's POV

I look over to my left to find the bed empty. She must have gone downstairs, I think to myself. I get up and get changed. I walk downstairs to find Harry in the kitchen. Ellie and Niall in the living room. Niall's head on Ellie's lap. What is going on here? I walk over to Ellie to see that Niall has been crying.

"What's up with Niall?" I ask. She looks up at me with tears in her eyes.

"He thinks it's his fault for what happened to me. You know." She said and looking back at Niall and brushing his hair with her hand.

Niall shot up and yelled, "I know what would make me feel better. Going clubbing!" Niall looked at Ellie for an answer.

"Sure. Why not?" Ellie said. I looked at her confused.

"Are you sure? You don't have to go if you don't want to." I look at her and she shoots up and starts walking away to go to my room.

"No. It's fine. Clubbing is fun. I need this." She says running up the stairs.

I walk past Harry. "You're not coming with us." I say and he looks away.

"I understand." He says and sips his coffee.

"Good." I say walking away to go upstairs.

Ellie's POV

I go upstairs and walk into Jeremy's room to tell him that I'm going clubbing.

"Hey Jer-Bear. I'm gonna go clubbing. Don't worry Harry's not coming." I say and walk out of the room.

I walk into Zayn's room. He stands there. Doesn't even know I'm there. I run up to him and jump on his back. He picks me up and turns me around so that I'm facing him.

Knock. Knock.

I run to the bed and act like I'm asleep so they can't bother me. Zayn opens the door and lets the person in.

"Shhhh. She's asleep." Zayn says to the person who walked in.

"I won't be long." Jeremy.

"The thing is I'm leaving. I've been meaning to do this forever know. I hate Ellie. She is a brat. You can hate me all you want but it's all true. She made Harry touch her. She is hooker. She made my parents die. No wonder everyone hates her. No wonder no one wanted her. My parents only took her in because they were forced to. Anyways I have to get going. Tell her that I had to go to a family emergency or something like that. Bye" And with that he left the room.

Zayn came over to the bed and pulled the cover away from me and held me. I curled up in a ball. Why did he say all of that? He didn't mean it. Did he? All of that ran through my head.

Zayn got up and went to the door.

"Please don't leave me." I croak. He has tears in his eyes.

"Never." He said and walked out and ran downstairs. I stayed there curled into a ball and cryed.

Zayn's POV

I ran downstairs and yelled at Niall and Liam to come upstairs. They just looked at me confused and followed me. I ran back to the room and told them what happened. Niall and Liam rushed in. While that happened, I called him. He would know what to do.

Ellie's POV

Niall and Liam walked in but Zayn stayed outside the bedroom and shut the door. He was on the phone with someone. I felt Broken. Empty. I couldn't believe what Jeremy said. I wanted to wake up from this nightmare.

Niall and Liam try to comfort me but it's not going to work. It sucks. Everyone tries but it doesn't work.

The door opens and two people walk in. Zayn and Josh. Josh comes over to me and picks me up and cradles me.

"Everything will be fine." He says.

Sure just keep telling yourself that, Ellie. I think to myself.
