Living with kids

~Niall’s POV~
I Woke up Matthew to help me get Karissa and Tristan ready for school. Trixy had left a week ago and we are still trying to figure out all the custody stuff. I was down stairs making the kids breakfast. I heard the pattering across the wood floors and all the kids came running into the kitchen. I set the plate of pancakes down in front of them. Then walked back to the counter to make their lunches. “Daddy will you take me to school today?” Karissa asked. I smiled at her. “Of course I can sweetheart”. Once they finished eating they all ran up stairs to get dressed.
Karissa’s pov~
After I finished getting ready I ran down stairs to the T.V. and waited for everyone else to be ready. Mommy had left the house a week ago. Daddy said that she doesn’t know if she will come back for us or not. I hope she does I don’t want to be the only girl in the house. I was switching though the channels and landed on “Life with boys.” I started thinking that maybe my life will end up just like that. Tristan came and sat next to me. While Daddy and Matt were still getting ready.
~Matthews pov~
I was just finishing getting ready when my dad walked in. “Hey bud can we talk?” “Sure”. I said sitting down on my bed. He sat down next to me. “I don’t know what’s going to happen with you kids. Who you will be with, Who gets full custody and who gets visitation rights. I mean you would all have to come on tour with me and come with to all the interviews I know that you would be able to be calm and sit though it all but I don’t know about Tristan and I Know that Karissa can’t she is only 5. We could get you kids a nanny or something.” Dad kept talking and talking and worrying about what’s going to happen. I wanted to stay with my dad and I know the other kids do too. Karissa is a huge daddy’s girl she always wants to be around him. Although she is only 5. After dad was done talking we both walked down stairs and yelled for Karissa and Tristan to get their backpacks and head out to the car.
Dad dropped us all off at the correct school and we said our goodbyes and met up with our friends.
~Niall’s POV~
After I dropped of the kids I went to the studio for a little bit I had to go to a court meeting for the kids to get custody or see if I even get any. I walked in and all the boys were there. “Hey Niall do you want to go first since you have to leave in a half hour?” Liam asked. “Sure.” I said nodding my head and walking into the little room.
~At court~
I was in court waiting for the judge to say who gets full custody of the kids. I wanted the kids to decide on where they wanted to live but Trixy said that “of course they would want to be with me.” I couldn’t take the waiting any longer I looked over at my lawyer. “I want the kids to choose.” He nodded his head and stood up. “ Your honor my client would like his children to choose who they would want to live with.” Trixy looked over at me and glared at me. The judge nodded “OK tomorrow we will let the kids choose who they want to live with.” “Dismissed”! The judge said and we all got up and walked out the doors. Trixy walked right past me and I felt bad that I went behind her back but I wanted the kids to be happy and if they weren’t happy on where they were going to live it would be a living hell. They are already sad and moppy because of the divorce and not waking up or coming home from school knowing that both parents are going to be home.
~At home~
We had finished eating supper and were now all watching T.V. Karissa was in my arms slowly falling asleep. “Kids tomorrow you will have to go to school a little late you are going the the court tomorrow to choose who you want to live with permanently.” They all nodded their heads.
I tucked in Karissa and Tristan and then went to say goodnight to Matt. “Night bud” I said turning off the lights. “Night”. I closed his door then went to my room and as soon as my head hit the pillow I was fast asleep.
