Saved By Liam Payne

I wake up in the middle of the night from another nightmare. I always get nightmares. Sometimes it's about a guy, who I figure is my dad, beating me. Sometimes it's about getting kidnapped or something. I never get a lot of sleep because of them. I can't take sleeping pills because then I won't wake up, the dream will just keep going on and on until the pill wares off. I look around and see Liam sprawled across the floor. His blanket way off to the side. I see him shiver so I get up and go over to him. I pull the blanket over him and he cuddles up to it. He's so adorable. I decide to go downstairs, maybe get something to eat. Yea, food sounds really good now. I quietly unlock the door and walk out. I silently walk to the kitchen and grab some food. I walk into the family room and sit on the couch. My head is still pounding but I can tolerate it... "Liam?" I hear a voice. Oh what the hell...Just my damn luck. "Oh hey...Megan?" Dani appears. I just nod. "How are you? You're head must be sore." She says. "Yea." I pip up. She comes and sits next to me. Okay this is weird. Something's going to happen, I can already tell. "So how long have you known the boys?" She asks. "About a month or so." I say politely. Another awkward silence. "Okay. Let me tell you something bitch." She spits. Uhm, bipolar much? "You need to stay away from Liam. He's mine. And the rest of the boys for that fact. You're not good for them" She says glaring at me. Rawr, who lit the fuse on her tampon? "Understand me?" She asks getting closer to me. "It's not my fault he finds me more attractive." I blurt out, smirking. Did I really just say that? Where did that come from. "Hah! You attractive? A damn hairless rat is more attractive than you." She spits. "I actually think they're kind of cute. Now, the chinese crested chihuahua on the other hand, I find hideous. Kind of like you." I smile. She lunges forward and tackles me to the ground, taking me by surprise. She grabs my hair, holding me to the ground. She slaps and hits me in the face repeatedly. I get a few good punches at her. I get up and she pushes me into a dresser, making me knock some things down and breaking them. I fall back on the ground and she gets back on me, punching me. "They don't like you. They only pity you. Zayn even told me. They just want to help the less fortunate." She says. I stop fighting back and she sits on me holding me down. "Th-They told you?" I stutter. They couldn't have. They wouldn't do that...right? "Yea. Zayn told me not to tell you, but I thought it was pathetic. He said, and I quote, 'don't tell Megan, but were only her friend for publicity. They'll think we're helping her and think better of us. To be honest, she's kind of annoying.' and then Liam came down and they went to bed." She says smirking. "Th-I-You're lying." I say. "Why would I lie about that? I don't know if Liam is in the plan but the rest are. Even innocent little Niall and Harry." She says. "Wha-? Harry? But-" "But he was all lovey dovey with you? Oh please, he's like that with every female he comes in contact with." She says. "Just go and save yourself the heartbreak. I'm doing you a favor." She says sympathetically. She's either telling the truth, or a really good liar. I hear footsteps on the stairs and she gets off me, jerking me up. She drags me to the front door. I grab my bag that was sitting on the ground by the front door. "What the hell..." I hear someone say. I go out the front door halfway. "Go." She says urgently. "Megan? What are you doing?" I hear a male voice. I turn around and face Zayn. I glare at him and he looks between us. "What the hell happened to you two?" He asks us, shocked. Our faces are probably all bloody, I know her nose is bleeding and her lip is busted. "She'll explain, if she's not a liar." I say harshly, looking at her. I turn around and walk out. I hear the door slam beside me. I decide to snoop around. I go around to the bushes and crouch down. I look through the window and see Zayn and Dani. I see Dani say something. Zayn clenches his fists and points to the door saying something. Maybe Dani was lying. Or maybe Zayn is just mad the plan didn't go like he wanted. I decide this is enough and I start walking home. "Megan?" I hear a car pull up. I look over and see Stan. "What the hell are you doing?" He asks. "Walking. What the hell does is look like." I spit. "Get in." He offers. "I'm just gonna take a walk. I need to calm down a bit." I say. "You sure?" He asks. "Yea." I say and continue walking. He drives off and I walk down the street to the park. I sit on the bench and sigh. Why me? Why couldn't he just let me jump that night. I walk to the other side of the lake and hear loud music. I look over and see a club. I've never been a real big drinker I'll have a couple drinks every so often. I mean, it can't hurt, right? I make my way over there and walk inside. I see bodies pressed together. I make my way over to the bar and take a seat. "What can I get you?" A guy asks on the other side of the bar. "Uhm. Lets go with...some Bacardi." I say. "Alright. Bacardi it is." He says handing me a small glass. I tip my head back and let it burn my throat. Surprisingly it tastes really good. I have a couple more shots and I decide to head out. I walk down the street. I only had like three shots so I'm not that drunk. Just a little buzzed. I don't care about anything right now. Hey look a squirrel! Wait, maybe that's a rat. Oh same difference... "Come here squirrel!" I say chasing it into the park. It runs up a tree. "But I wanna hug!" I yell at it. I huff and turn around, walking away with my head hung. I walk to the bridge and stop on the middle. I turn and look over the edge. Hmm...Maybe this time I'll succeed. LIAM'S P.O.V I wake up to yelling. What the hell? What time is it? It's one o'clock in the morning. I sit up and look at the bed. Okay...Where's Megan? I jump up and make my way downstairs. Zayn and Dani are standing there. Why the hell are they up so early? "What the hell is going on?" I ask. "Why don't you ask her." Zayn spits. Okay, he's not a morning person. "Okay...What the hell is going on?" I ask Dani. "Megan left." She says. "Why are you bleeding?" I ask alarmed. I go to the kitchen and grab a towel, wetting it. I walk back in and clean her lip and nose. Then it hits me what she said. I stop immediately. "Wait. What do you mean she left?" I ask. "She hit me and left." She says not looking at me. "S-She hit you?" I ask stunned. Would she really get that mad at her? If anything she should hit me, not Dani. "Y-Yea." She stutters. She's still not looking at me. Why won't she look at me. "I'm gonna go look for her." I say. "Why? I'm sure she's home sleeping." She grabs my arm. "Then I'll go there." I say shaking her arm off. I walk out the door and pause when I hear voices. I press my ear against the door. "I'm going to tell him the truth." Zayn says. "No your not. If you do I will ruin your friendship with him. I will ruin you." "You don't scare me. He wont stick with you. I'm his best mate. He's known me longer." "Oh yea? Wanna bet? I'm his girlfriend." "What are you scared he'll break up with you? I think you have a lot more to worry about than that." I hear footsteps go up the stairs. I need to know the truth. I walk back in and see Zayn sitting on the couch. "I thought you left." He says. Just then Harry walks down the stairs. "What is going on?" He whines. "I want the truth Zayn." I say ignoring Harry. "You heard?" He asks. I just nod. "Harry, Megan left. Apparently she hit Dani and left." I say not believing the words. "Well, I heard a crash so I came downstairs." Zayn starts. *Zayns' flashback* I hear a loud crash. What the fuck? I get up and grab the nearest thing to me, which just so happens to be a bat. I walk out the door and down the stairs quietly. I see Dani holding Megan up. I see blood on both of them. What the hell happened? I see Dani tell her something and Meg stops struggling and listens. Dani drags her away and I follow them to the front door. "What the hell..." I say as I step on shards of glass. I make my way to the door. "Go." I hear Dani say. "Megan? What are you doing?" I ask She turns around and glares at me. What did I do? "What the hell happened to you two?" I ask taking in their appearances. Dani has a busted lip and blood coming from her nose. But Meg looks worse. Her eye is already swelling and her lip is busted. Her hair has blood in it and her face is cut up. "She'll explain, if she's not a liar." She says harshly to Dani. She walks out and Dani slams the door. "What the hell did you do?" I ask. "Oh nothing." She says smirking. "I know you did something. I saw you on top of her in here." I say walking to the other room. "Okay fine. I told her some things to get rid of her. She may or may not come back ever again. And she may or may not be completely pissed at all of you. Especially you and Harry." She says. "What did you say?" I ask getting impatient. She tells me what she said. I clench my fists and raise my voice. "She's not who you think she is! She's important to all of us. All of us love her! You had no right whatsoever to say that to her. She is a better person than you will ever be! What gives you the right to tell another person those things." I say pointing to the door. "I'm dating your bandmate. I have all the rights you do." She says sassily. "Oh shut up. If you knew the truth you'd leave just as fast as her." I spit. *End of flashback* "And the you came down." He finishes. "Oh my god." Harry says. "I can't believe she would say that." I say. "I'm going to look for her." Harry says walking to the door. "I think I know where she is." I say getting up quickly. "We need to go now." I say running to my car. I get in and Harry follows, getting in the passenger seat. "Zayn's gonna stay." He says and I nod. I speed to my destination and park on the side of the road. I start running as I see a silhouette on the railing. Harry runs as fast as he can. I'm faster than all of them. I see her spread her arms out as she starts leaning forward. "NO!" I yell. I'm only a few feet away. She turns towards me and gives me a small smile and disappears into the darkness.
She's gone. Forever.

NO! Plot twist! She actually did it. And so all you guys know, I have nothing against Danielle. Okay maybe a little. But no disrespect is intended. Anyway, can you guys believe it? Megan is gone. She's dead. Oh my god! Review and tell me how much you guys cried...I know I cried a bit writing it I just thought about how sad Liam is about losing her. And Lou, losing his best girl friend, his twin! And Niall, losing his food buddy. And Harry losing his secret crush *cough* did I say that? Oops, you didnt hear it from me. And Zayn, losing a friend he could always go to. Oh my god! Im crying!
