….The Next Day ….
Yesterday was really a hectic day for me. As soon as I was back home, I just had to relax in my room. Vanessa wasn’t at home all day, so I assumed she was out with her boyfriend. I wasn’t really able to think of any other thing, except of the moment that I shook his hand. It amazes me how he forgot me, and how his attitude and behavior changed. Was it an act he was portraying in front of everyone? Or did he decide to finally change? Ugh, I’m so lost now… But the important thing is that I am now on the first step of becoming a professional. I just need to work more on myself and I’ll reach my goal soon. I messaged Vanessa to tell her that I locked the door with the key, and dozed in my sleep.
Once I woke up, I went to the bathroom and applied my morning routine. I just hope that I won’t be doing any interference with Zayn or anyone else, because I really don’t want to call it a truce between us. Now that I think of it, I actually will remain cold and calm if we ever talk; which I highly doubt. But wait, what about the charming green eyed boy? Gosh, every time I remember his wink I blush… Oh there we go I’m blushing again! No, he can’t be into me; it’s impossible we haven’t even talked that much yesterday. I dressed myself up, and made sure to put an extra effort in today’s selected wardrobe (http://www.polyvore.com/expensive_pink/set?id=109460086&lid=3232549). I placed my hat gently so that my hair won’t get ruined, and I went downstairs to the kitchen.
“Look whose up! Hehe, I didn’t see you yesterday.” I fake pouted and I hugged Vanessa as she was rubbing her forehead; clearly it was long night for her. “(She grumbled.) I was so tired yesterday. I came back late and you were already asleep. (She hugged me back and spoke.) Tell me how was your first day?” I sighed, and forced a smile: “It was very productive; actually I am really satisfied with the whole process so far. I don’t know Ness; I’m just hoping that the song will turn out fine.” She gave me a mug of coffee, and I thanked her for it.
“Vick, stop doing this insecure act. I know that it will turn out just fine, you should be excited at all times.” I nodded and she sat down on the stool. “So, any plans for today?” I asked her and she replied: “As usual, I have a dance practice; then I’ll be out with Eddy at night. What about you, rock star?” I giggled and placed my mug on the counter, glancing at my phone to notice the time. “Well, since you just asked; I need to go now before I’m late. Do you want me to get something on the way back?” She shook her head: “Just go scream your lungs out in that recording! Hehe.” I shook my head and laughed.
I turned my car engine on, and I drove in an average speed to the studio. I just hope that today will be less awkward and that God would grant me more strength to pull it off like yesterday.
…. Arriving in the Studio Building ….
I parked my car, and stepped outside to find a guy waving at me from an average distance. Huh? Harry!? What is he doing here? Silly me, he has to be here. Was he waiting for me or what? He approached me with his footsteps, while I breathed and smiled at him; I hope this is something positive.
