Runaway thief...

I looked up to see Harry frowning down at me. I wasn't sure about what to say, as I knew he had told me to stay at home. I didn't care he doesn't own me, and he certainly cant tell me what to do, even if he was only being kind.
"What are you doing at school?"
"I didn't feel like staying in all day, so I decided to come out". He grabbed my arm, and began pulling me away from the group of people now around us, hungry for a fight.

"Look Harry you dont own me, get off!"
"Kaila your not well, go home now!"
"You cant tell me what to do, and anyway I feel fine at the moment"
"What if you forget to take a tablet, or whatever that shit was, then you wont be fine"
"I've brought them to school with me so I wont forget"
"You better not"

What was his problem, and why does he seem to have this protection over me?

I walked in to class and sat down next to my new partner, Louise.
I sat silent, ignoring her whiny voice echoing in my ear throughout the majority of the lesson. Suddenly she said something that intrigued me.
"Apparently Harry knows the guy who killed that girl who was found in the local park....and like..."
"What!"
"Oh your listening now"
"Shut up, what do you know about Becky?"
"Nothing it was Harry who was talking about it, he said that he had only met the guy who did it once or twice but that he wasn't a nice guy, and that he lived nearby or something"
"Did he know his name?"
"Um yeah, it was something like Daniel Roberts". I froze, Harry knew that Daniel had killed the only real friend I had, and hadn't told me!!!!!

As soon as the lesson was over I sped out the classroom to find that piece of shit, that was Harry Styles.
I looked everywhere, until I spotted him pinning Sophie up against the lockers, grinding one another intensely.
I stood a couple of metres away watching awkwardly trying to get his attention. I'd had enough, the anger was slowly building and I couldn't contain it.

"HARRY!" he immediately looked up, and stepped away from a flustered looking Sophie. He strolled over casually ignoring my anger.
"What's up babe". I couldn't hold it back, and neither could my fist. I punched Harry right in the chin, and pushed him against the locker, my arm under his neck.
"Wow feisty, what's the matter?"
"What's the bloody matter? maybe you should ask that to Becky's family bitch"

He looked confused for a second, them came to realisation, a softer look on his handsome face. Focus!

"Oh now you understand, do you not think I might have fucking wanted to know that before fucking now, almost three bloody weeks after, even though you knew she was my best friend, and that the boy who had tortured me my whole childhood had killed her!!! Do you take me for some kind of fool Harry, I know what your really like, dont try pretending to be someone your fucking not when your with me! How dare you be such a bastard, and you know this proves a lot. It proves that you dont really want to be my friend, or else you would have said something. I dont even know why you pretend all that shit, it's pointless, and so is whatever hope of friendship I hoped to have in you!"
I pulled my arm away in a sharp motion, and stormed of down the corridor.

"I'm not the only one who knew!" he called after me.
I stopped.
"Who else knew"
"That boy who you were protecting at that party, Jai I think it was"
I spun around, and walked up closer to him.
"And..."
"And he has been working with Daniel for a while, trying to get closer to you so Daniel could find things out about you"
I couldn't believe it, can I trust no-one. I didn't even care about the fact Harry hadn't told me, I was more worried about how I had fallen for another one of Daniels stupid tricks, and that he was still haunting me even when I thought it might be over! He had killed Becky, and Jai the only friend I thought I had was in on it!

------Two weeks later------

I watched as the police pushed an angry Jai, and calm Daniel in to a police van. They were gone, and I didn't need to worry about them any-more. Daniel turned around to look at me, he mouth something. I wasn't sure but it looked like "Belt time". I shuddered at the thought of him throwing me against the wall, the belt cracking like a whip against my already dented back.
I showed no emotion, and turned around to see Harry standing across the street.

I wasn't angry at him any-more; he had given me lots of help so I could find Daniel, and get some evidence to get him and Jai locked up. It also turns out that Daniel had been the one to kill Helena. It was scary to find out about all he had really know, like where I lived, and how I had spent time with Helena. He was trying to use Helena's death as a way to get to me, but it hadn't worked. So he had to think of another way, so he resulted with killing Becky, the one person Jai had known was my friend. All the time Jai had been feeding him information about my whereabouts and what I was up to. We got them just in time, before they were planning on killing Harry!

This had made me realise how much I needed Harry, and that I had taken him and his kindness for granted. Whilst finding out about their future plans it had made me imagine a life without him. The one person I hated and loved at the same time. The one person who provided my life with some heat, and excitement.
After spending day and night for the last two weeks with him, I came to realise he's not really a bad person, it just depends on who he's with. That still annoyed me, and dont get me wrong we are always arguing, but through this experience I've come to see that.....I love him!

I hate myself for saying that, but I cant help it and there's nothing I can do, and the saddest thing is, like every other girl, he doesn't love me back.
