Lost and Broken

Avalon's POV

"Ava! The girls called, they wanna meet at Grinalde Park." My twin sister, Annabeth called from downstairs.

"Okay." I replied. Looking in the mirror as I perfected my "Elsa" braid. It took a lot of time, but it looked super cute!

"Ava now!" Annabeth called.

"I'm coming!" I huffed, grabbing my favorite purse from my bedroom door handle.

"You look cute." Annabeth said.

"Thanks, so do you Anna." I replied.

"Thanks Ava." She replied, as we slipped on our shoes.

She opened the door, "Do you have the keys?" She asked.

"Nope." I replied.

"Well, can you get them?"

"Fine." I moaned, dragging myself to the kitchen and grabbed the car keys from their hook.

We walked outside and hopped into our red Mini Cooper. I started the engine and skillfully backed out of the driveway.

"Where are we going?" I asked Anna once we had left our neighborhood.

"Grinalde Park. It's that new park by the fountains downtown." She replied.

"Oh, I've seen that park before." I reply.

We drive along the main road, until we come to the freeway entrance. We go on the freeway and get downtown quickly. We drive to the park and see Addie, Jessica, and Johanna waiting for us.

I park the car and we get out.

"Hey!" Johanna calls to us.

"Hey!" Annabeth replies.

"Hi Ava!" Addie says once we get closer.

"Hey Ad!" I reply.

"So why were we called here?" I ask.

Johanna looks at Addie and Jessica.

"Because we're having a sleepover!" Johanna tells.
