The Truth About Us

"Hen hen come here!" I yell fixing Hayley's dress. Hayley started to whine.

"Momma der Pweston at dow." Henry walks in rubbing one of his eyes and carrying his blanket in the other hand. I smile and finished fixing Hayley's dress. I went over to Henry and picked him up going to the door. I open it to see Preston smiling widely.

"It's the Henry!" He shouts taking Henry from me. I giggle as he kisses Henry's cheek to get a weird look from Henry.

"Hayley hunny, where are you?" I call out. Hayley comes walking out crying. Her dress was ripped.

I swear, I leave her for a second and she ruins something.

"Mummy!" She whines. I go to her quickly and check her dress.

"You'll have to change and I'll fix it okay?" I try to reassure her. I take the dress off quickly leaving her in her diaper. "Don't look Preston." I laugh. He chuckles and uses his free hand to cover both his eyes. Hayley wobbled back to her room and I followed her. "You can look now!" I yell. I watch him uncover his eyes and follow me. He stayed at the door with Henry as I grabbed new clothes for Hayley.

It had been three years after my pregnancy. After I gave birth I relied on Perrie and Zayn for awhile, I started to work again. And when I was healthy enough, I started acting again. I made enough money to move out and in one of my movies I met Preston, my current boyfriend. We've been dating for a few months.

"Mum, I wan the wed wone." She sniffles. I nod and grab out her red fluffy dress.

Man how this girl loved her dresses.

"Here you go Hay." I say handing her the dress. I laughed when I remembered she couldn't get dressed herself. I helped put on her dress and picked her up heading to the living room.

Preston was playing with Henry when I walked in. When I put down Hayley she joined in too.

"They are so playful and different now." Preston notes sitting next to me. I nod watching the twins play. Hayley stole Henry's truck toy and he started to cry. I decided not to do anything about it and let them do whine wars for it.

"I can't believe it's been three years." I mumble. Preston put his arm over my shoulder and I leaned to his side. He kissed my forehead and we sat there watching the twins.

"The shoot for The Fault In Our Stars is soon, should we get a babysitter?" He asks. I stare up at him and grin.

"Yeah, I wish I could just stay here and cuddle with them." I mumble. I dug my head into his chest for a few seconds before lifting it up again.

"Ready to go?" He asks.

"Yeah, lets call a babysitter." I reply. I pick up the two of them and send them to nap time. When I get back Preston was smirking at me.

"Well now that they are asleep and the babysitter will be here soon why don't we head to my place?" He says implying something's. I think it over and nod.

"I'd love to. I've been dying to get away from the crying kids and get you alone in a room." I whisper taking his hand into mine.

The knock on the door l,are us smile; the babysitter was here and we were free to leave.

He wraps his hand around my waist and we go out to walk. His place wasn't far and neither was half of movie studios.

Preston and I go to his place for a quickie, then walk to the studio.

"Hey May! You look great!" My hairstylist says. I smile.

"Because you style my hair everyday." I laugh. Preston was getting dressed as the main guy in the story\movie, Augustus. And I was the sick girl. I had a special outfit to give me bigger arms.

When my stylist was done I walk out looking for Preston.

"May is that you? I didn't know you were in this movie!" I turn to see Sarah and her boy toy next to her.

Harry.

"Hey." Harry says. I give him a smile.

Damn he looked great, and she did too. And here I am, an old person who has two kids.

"How was the pregnancy?" Sarah asks.

"It was good, I had twins, one boy, one girl." I reply. Hands wrap around my belly and pick me up making me scream. Preston put me down giving me a big kiss. I fixed my hair before I looked up at Harry. He was frowning.

I don't know if that is good, or bad.

"Oh, who is this?" Sarah asks grinning widely.

"I'm Preston, proud boyfriend of the one and only May Duncan." Preston roars happily.

"Or Ray Duncan." Harry says under his breathe. Sarah and Preston had the confused look plastered on them.

"Don't you dare." I reply. He smirks.

"Did she not tell you about the time she dressed up as a boy for a movie?" Harry laughs. Preston was grinning and started chuckling. He looked over at me.

"You were a boy?" He asks.

"I cut my hair and dyed it black." I explained. Sarah and Preston were laughing and I made eye contact with Harry. He gave me a smile.

Should I return it? Was it we were both happily independent now?

Whatever, screw it.

"Did Harry tell you he had kissed me when he thought I was a boy?" I add in for a fight. Preston seemed half worried half happy. Sarah giggled, knowing all too well Harry was over me.

"Did she tell you she dated a girl to cover up the fact she was a girl?"

Harry and I went on and on.

"Preston! Sarah! To the stage.!" The director yells. They both leave and Harry and I were left alone.

"You seem happy." Harry comments.

"You seem less heartless. Did you chop off your dick?" I say half posse doff at him still. He lifts his eyebrows.

"Motherhood changed you." Harry teases. I laugh, and couldn't help put playfully hit his shoulder.

"Im sorry about then. I was young." I mumble. He grins and gets closer to me.

"Im sorry too. I was stupid and Derek bribed me." He admits. I stood there when Sarah walked back.

In the briefest moment, I felt Harrys hand touch my butt before pulling away and stepping into a hug.

"Im glad we both are happy!" He yells acting happy.
