Trouble
Chapter 1
*Zyana's POV *
"Courtney, shut up! We're gonna get caught!" I whisper-screamed as we were hiding behind a rack of clothes in the Forever 21 as the clerk was closing up the shop, while Courtney couldn't stop giggling. "Guys...I really think we shouldn't be doing this..." Lexi said worringly. "Then go ahead Lexi, if you're so insecure. Go walk out of those doors alone." I replied. "No no no it's fine but ohmygod Courtney at least stop giggling we're going to get busted and then I'm blaming you."
I still couldn't understand why Lexi was so unsure of this, we did it all the time.
As soon as the doors shut and the lights went off (except for the lights in the window in the front) I got up.
I grabbed an .adorable peach coloured dress in my size and headed for the changing rooms.
Courtney followed with a black see-through blouse when I said "uh, Courtney?"
"Yeah?" She replied. "Well, I love the top but, isn't it a little bit too much hon?" I told her.
"Pff I know but it's different for once! And Aidan is going to love it, I'm sure" she exclaimed happily.
"Well, aren't you coming?" I looked towards Lexi who was still siting in her position as when we were hiding behind the racks. "Okay I'll come but I still don't know what to pick though."
"Come on, I'll help you!" I said as I skipped towards her, giving the dress to Courtney.
As she was getting up I looked through some of the dresses although it was hard because all the lights were switched off. "Aha! I found one. Whadda ya think?"
I handed her a green cocktail dress as she eyed it cautiously.
"Hmm Zy, I don't know...It's...well...revealing. Not really my thi-"
"Bullshit!" I cut her off. "Come on, for once? You're always wearing miss goody two shoes clothes that are practically zipped up from all the way up your neck to the tip of your toes. Besides, Louis' having this party tomorrow and it'll look great on you. Trust me."
Finally she gave in and slumped towards the dressing rooms as Courtney walked out swaying her hips over-dramatically from side to side twirling at the end. "Tadaa! Think he'll like it?"
"He'll love it! Ooh you've got that boy wrapped around your finger darlin'. After that we both laughed. Lexi came out with her right arm wrapped tightly over her left arm, as she asked quietly: "well?"
"Well look who's decided to be daring for once!" Courtney joked as she started poking and prodding Lexi adjusting the dress on her properly. She took a step back putting her finger on her lips saying: "just needs a little something more" and with that she skipped out of the changing rooms, leaving Lexi standing there, smiling.
"It'll be fine. I'm sure Niall will love it." I said teasingly.
"Wha-Niall? Ew, no. Come on Zy we're just friends."
"Just friends? Come on that boy adores you."
"What boy???" a happy voice spoke from behind us.
"Oh, just Niall, you know" I said smirking.
"What? You like Niall? I knew it Lexi!" Courtney bounced up and down as her curls bounced with her. I wish I had her curls. They're long, dark chocolatey brown locks with hints of blonde here and there, absolutely stunning. People compliment me about my hair often too, but I just don't find it that special, being just straight and brown. I have my good days, but most days I look like a scarecrow.
"NO! Come on guys, you know I hate it when you guys tease me" Lexi blushed.
"But why won't you just admit it? Come on he's so cute and he flirts with you all the time." I said.
"Okay I am ignoring you know." Lexi said cross as she snatched the shoes Courtney brought her and stormed off into the changing rooms again, leaving Courtney and I laughing.
"Come on babe we didn't mean that" Courtney said between giggles.
"Whatever" we heard Lexi say.
After about 20 long minutes of nerve-wrecking waiting Lexi finally came out of the changing room with the dress and shoes in her hands.
"Come onnnn let's go I have...some stuff...to do."
We took all of our stuff, Courtney pulled out a pair of scissors and cut off all of the labels so it wouldn't beep when we snuck out again.
We decided not to force the glass doors in the front in case there was an alarm, so we headed to the toilets in the back and luckily there were windows large enough for us to fit through so we wiggled through.
I was never fat, which I'm actually proud of. I've always had this kind of average size, but I'm not skinny either.
When we jumped out of the window we arrived in this dark alleyway that seemed kinda creepy, but who cares.
I was used to them.

Soooo I'm sorry it was a bit boring, but it's the first chapter and I didn't really know where to go...
next chapters will be a bit better.
