Through the Pain

Isadora's POV

I was overwhelmed. I had now idea that there was growing, living, baby inside of me. I didn't feeling like doing anything. After Dr.Zigle left, Liam held me as I cried into his cheast and cooed calming thing into my ears.

I sniffeled, I didn't feel like crying any longing. I sat up and looked into Liam's beautiful, warming, dark brown eyes.

"I am sorry for crying to you, thank you comforting me." I sat up, loosinging myself for Liam's warm grip. "You have every reason to be sad." He said, shifting from his position. I scooted my knees up to under my chin. I knew his eyes were on me, but I was to ashamed to looks back at him.

"are you hungry? I can cook some food for us?" He offers, breaking the sclience. "Sure, I am a bit hungry, can I go freshen up a bit first?" I must of looked like a total wreak. "Or course, how does a frozen pizza sound?" He says jumping up from the couch. "Delicious!" I say standing up to face him.

He turns then headed towards the boy's kitchen, whisling. I walked upstairs to the guest room they were letting me stay in. I walk through the two white wooden doors. I turned the faucet on and splashed my pale face with cold water. I grabed the hand towel that was folded nicely on the counter. The clean towel felt warm, soft, and fuzzy against my thouf skin. I looked up at the reflection of who I have become over the years. I look weak. I took out the classic French braid out and let my long, wavy, brown hair cascade over my shoulder to cover up my pale face.

I heard a soft, two knocks from the bedroom door frame. "love, is it clear, can I come in?" He asked softly. " yeah it's clear."

He first peaked his to eyes in the bathroom, then seeing it was clear, stepped in the bathroom joining me. "Lunch is ready" he smiled. "Perfect, I am starving" I joked trying to cheer up the afternoon. I slightly laughed. But he didn't, probably because I did look partly starved.

He turned around and headed down the stairs and I followed behind him.
