Through the Pain

Isadora's POV


I hope he doesn't hurt me. But he doesn't say anything, he just stands there with a confused look on his face. "Isadora, I won't hurt you.....you can stay here for a little while." He with eyes as if I would be doing him a favor. "I don't like to bother people" I argue. "You wouldn't be bothering me", "what about the rest of you." I reminded him. I would love to say in a beautiful house, with five very attractive lads, all around me I might add, but I am not the type to take, I am one to give. "Look, I can talk it over with them about you staying, why are you against it?" He asks raising his eyebrows. "Well....." "Exactly, there no reason not to." He cuts in, trying to win. "Because I have been locked up for half my life, by a guy who hurt me, and maybe I don't want him coming after you guys." I reply truthfully, almost wishing I hadn't said anything at all. There is a good ten second awkward silence before he looks up in my eyes saying sympathetically, " what did he do to you, that makes you so scared?" He asks in broken tone. "That's not relevant, I am sorry I shouldn't have brought it up" I say now really regretting what I said before. "Besides I have always been a giver not a taker, I don't want to make you guys feel as if I am taking advantage of you." I say, become the dominant over the conversation. "We would not be feeling taken advantage of.", he says convincingly. "If i ever were to stay here willing, I would have to be doing something in return." I state strongly. "Come on stay for a week, and if you don't like it then fine, you can go." " I still don't thin-" I am interrupted by ten fingertips at my sides squirming. Crap. How did he know I was so ticklish? When I was little,my brothers would tickle me to make me do something for them and it always worked. "Sto--p" I say struggling to get away from him, by running around the island in circles. "Fine....*giggle....fine.", I say giving in, and feeling defeated. Even though I gave in, he continues to chase me until in smack into something.

I fall over hard on my butt.....yep that's gonna leave a mark. I look up to see what I hit, and see a blonde lad starting to crouch down beside me. "I am sorry I didn't mean to run into you." I say scared. By the time I say it Liam is beside me, with a worried look on his face. "I am fine" I whisper so only he can hear. His shoulders fall in relief. The blonde one is now by my side. "It's my fault I got excited when I smelt food." He explains, and I nod. "You okey?" He asks "yeah, I am fine." I assure. Liam and "blondy" help me up to my feet. "I am Niall by the way." He offers his hand for me to shake, I accept it, replying, "Isadora". It's weird, he sounds Irish.

"Who made breakfast?" He asks putting a hand to his belly. "I did" replied Liam. "Thanks I am starving" they both laugh, but I don't find it funny. I have actually been staved.He usually fed me once every four days or so, but once I tried to escape and he let me go with out food for a week. It felt terrible. Liam looks over and realized why I am not laughing. He then too pulls a strait face on. Niall picks up a plate fills it in only seconds, my eyes widen as he grabs: 3 waffles, 3 sausage and bacons pieces, two heaping scopes of eggs, and a big bowl of "pops", never heard of them. He sees me staring at the food and says, "I have a fast metabolism" I am still shocked with how much food he collected. By my surprise I stare as him as he finishes his last bite. I am confused, how is he so skinny?

I am disturbed by my thoughts again when I hear chuckling coming from the staircase area. "I so did beat you" "yeah right, you wish." They stop in there tracks when there eyes meet mine. One of them has long, curly hair, that looks greasy. And the other and shorter messy hair. "Hello" I say shyly. "Hello" they both say in unison, but the curly haired one gives me a wink. Liam walks over to where I stand, then says, "this is Isadora", "Isadora, this is Harry and Louis." They both wave when their name is called. "You can call me Louie or Lou" he says giving me a smile.
