Lost Without You

(Niall's point of view)


I'm going to the bakery I went to with lads yesterday again today. For some reason Harry tried to convince me not to go and stay and hang out. He really didn't have any valid reason of why I shouldn't go so he eventually gave up and let me go.

I walked into the bakery and heard a bell ring signalling my arrival. I can't wait to have one of those delicious chocolate cupcakes again. I walked up to the counter and then a blonde walked over to the register to take my order.

"Hi how may I- NIALL?" she said finally looking up at me.

"Adelaide? Hey! it's been forever since I've seen you" I replied smiling. Addie was Roselee's best friend. Rose.... I miss her. I haven't dated anyone since her. She's the love of my life, it's not like I could just replace her.

"Yeah it's been what 3 years?" She asked.

"Yup. So have you seen Rose around lately, like do you know where she's been staying?" I asked. I knew her parents kicked her out because they told me they did. They never told me why though...

"I uh- I have no idea where Rose is. I haven't seen her since she moved to London." Addie said. That's a lie. I can see it in her eyes. She's knows exactly where Roselee is, she just won't tell me.

"That's a bummer. Anyways I'll have one chocolate cupcake please." I said.

"Coming right up, That'll be $3.79 please." I handed her the cash in exchange for the cupcake.

"I'll see you around!" I called as I exited the small bakery.

I went to my car and waited. Adelaide was lying to me about Rose. I just know it. If I was Rose and my parents kicked me out, and then I broke up with my boyfriend, where would I go? I'd run straight to my best friend, Rose is here and I have a feeling she's with Addie.

I waited for Addie's shift to end and then I followed her home. I know it's stalkerish but I need to know if Rose is there.


(Roselee's point of view)

I was so excited that Addie was taking my shifts at the bakery. I finally get to spend time with my kids! I don't see them often since I work a lot. When Annabeth and Blakeley woke up I took them to our kitchen. We live in a pretty nice apartment.

"Guess what my little angels?" I asked my two beautiful babies.

"What mummy?" Blakeley asked me.

"Mummy gets to take care of you for the next few weeks!" I told them excitedly.

"Yay! Mummy can we go to da park today?" Anna asked me.

"Of course we can! But first we have to eat." I told them. I cut up apples and gave them peanut butter to dip the slices in. It's their favorite snack. They also love apple juice and apple sauce. Really anything apple they like. After we ate I got them dressed and we headed out to the park. I held hands with one of their hands. They're surprisingly tall for only being 3.

Once we got to the park Anna and Blakeley ran to the slide. They did basically anything you can do at a park until they finally told me they were ready to go home. When I got home I fed the girls lunch and then put them down for their nap that they really needed after playing in the park.

By the time Addie got home the twins were awake again. I had Blakeley on one hip and Annabeth on the other when all the sudden the doorbell rang. "I got it!" I yelled. I opened the door with my kids still on my hips and saw what I wanted to never happen. "Niall!? What the hell are you doing here?!" I asked.

"Mummy. No bad words." Blakeley scolded me.

"Mummy? Rose who are they?" Niall asked with disbelief. Oh no..

"I'm Annabeth Horan."

"And I'm Blakeley Horan." Shit.

"Horan? Roselee tell me what's going on right now." Niall demanded.

"Surprise..." said with as much enthusiasm I could manage. I took a deep breath and said "Niall these are your daughters."

The look on Niall's face was complete shock and happiness? " These are my daughters?" He asked. A smile crept onto his face when I nodded my head. "Can I come in?" I let Niall into the apartment and led him to the couch.

"Rose who was at the doo- Oh snap." Addie said when she saw Niall.

"Niall I can explain." I said hoping he wasn't mad.

"Niall? Mummy is that daddy?" Blakeley asked with hopeful eyes. She had only seen one picture of him before.

"Yes. Anna, Blake, This is your daddy." I motioned towards Niall.

"Daddy!" The twins screamed before tackling Niall in a Horan hug. They definitely inherited that from him.

"Hi girls!" He said kissing their cheeks. Wait he's not mad?

"Wait Niall your not mad?" I asked hesitantly.

"Well sure I'm a little upset that you kept this big of a secret from me, but I'm here now and that's all that matters. I can't believe I'm a dad!" He said in awe. Shit... What if he finds out Harry knew and didn't tell him?

Well one problem at a time I guess...
