Laddie
Author's Note
Hey guys. I know that I've practically vanished these past couple of weeks, and I'm really sorry. Don't worry, I'm not quitting on Laddie. I was just on hiatus for personal reasons but fear not, for I have returned with glorious news!
I will be updating Laddie by this Sunday (May 4th, 2014) and it's going to be a long chapter. I have finally finished planning out the rest of the story and feel motivated to continue!
But please know that I am literally writing these chapters as I publish them. I don't have a stockpile of chapters that I just copy, paste, and publish. I take time with my writing because I believe quality is better than quantity. Meaning, a well written chapter is better than a bunch of shitty ones.
Note, the next chapter is kind of a filler, but not really. It has key components to the plot, while also side tracking a bit.
But I would love to hear from you guys! Let me know how you think this story is going to play out, what you think might happen next, what you think about the story, any questions or reviews, and/or how you feel about Abby, Niall, Amy, etc. I really want to know what you guys think!
Just thought I'd fill you in on the gray area that's been surrounding me and my story lately. Thank you for all of the votes, comments, and subscribers! I really appreciate every ounce of feedback I get.
~ Love,
NightShade Hawkins Xx

Awesome to hear you're still alive :P Laddie is possibly my favourite fanfiction at the moment, so it's good to hear there will be updates soon! :D
I absolutely believe that quality is better than quantity. If you're late to update because you took the extra time to get everything right, pretty much everyone will forgive you, and they won't remember it was late by the next update. But if you rush something, everyone will be able to see a bad chapter. So yeah, take all the time you need :)
Filler chapters are good too. They contain little snippets of plot/character development, and they space out the drama filled chapters (I mean, in real life, not every day has a big, crazy event - we all have our filler days at work!).
So basically, keep doing what you're doing, and we'll love it <3
