Still the One
Chapter thirty-six
Harry's POV:
I've just found Charlotte in a ball crying due to her stomach pains. Something is definitely wrong, but she still won't go to the doctors. I need to figure out how to get her there...
"Charlotte, I'll be back in two minutes, I just have to do something." Hopefully, a little walk will give me the inspiration I need.
As I was walking, I noticed all the shopping carts lined up outside the local supermarket. Hmm...
-
"Charlotte, I don't care what you say, you are getting into that cart and I am pushing you to the hospital!"
"Fine, but you're just wasting your time Harry; I'm alright!"
"Obviously you're not Charlotte and I need you to be! I need you to be okay Charlotte because I love you and I can't imagine life if something happened to you because I didn't force you to make sure you were okay. Because I didn't protect you." By this point, tears were freely flowing down my face from the sincerity of my speech. I never thought it was possible to love something this much.
"Just take me then."
Luckily, it was only a 10 minute walk to the hospital from Charlotte's home, so I just about managed it.
When we arrived at the building, I rolled Charlotte in and then ran to the receptionists desk so she could be seen. Unfortunately, because it's A&E, she wasn't able to be seen for another hour or so at the least, so we had to sit and wait.
After about half an hour, Charlotte began to make a funny noise and when I turned to see what was wrong the first thing I noticed was she was surrounded by a dark liquid.
Blood.
Which only means one thing...
A miscarriage.
Notes
Hii! I will most likely post another chapter in a little bit!
Oh dear! What's going to happen now Charlotte's had a miscarriage and Harry's leaving? Will their relationship remain or shatter into a million pieces at their loss?
Keep on reading!!
