Chapter 6
Adrienne’s POV
“I’ll see ya later babes.” Harry pecked my lips and followed the boys to rehearsals.
After a few days off they finally had a concert tonight in LA. I haven’t seen them perform in so long and I was so excited. Especially since Midnight Memories is my favorite album yet. El, Gemma and I all decided to head out and shop. Nothing says fashion like an LA boutique!
“Have you told our parents yet?” Gemma asked me as we looked through a rack of clothes.
“I actually haven’t even thought of that yet.” I told her honestly.
“They are going to flip!” She said.
“Well your mom already kinda caught on at Christmas dinner.” I blushed.
“I knew it! You guys were both missing for a little too long!” She realized it now. “Oh my gosh! Adrienne you dirty girl! On Christmas!?” She was shocked.
I just laughed and threw a dress at her, “Your boy will probably love this on you tonight.” Ash has finally landed in LA tonight and they were reuniting.
Shopping with El and Gemma was so fun, I think we all really needed this girls day. I was admiring a shirt on the rack when a girl tapped on my shoulder.
“Hi Adrienne! I was wondering if you could take a picture with me!” Shit, really?
“Me?” I was shocked and she giggled. Usually they just tweet me, I’ve never actually been asked to take a picture. It was so weird.
“Yes, you!” She took a selfie of us and gave me her Twitter name to follow. “Can you and Harry date already so him and Kendall can break up?”
“You and I are on the same page girlfriend!” Was that too honest? Oops!
She laughed and thanked me for the picture and I carried on shopping. I made it through half the store before my phone started buzzing.
“Hello?” I answered, focusing on the top I picked up.
“So you’re telling fans you want to date me now, eh?” Cheeky bastard.
“It slipped! She was so sweet!” I fought back jokingly.
“She tweeted your conversation with the picture of you guys, they are going crazy over it. They are all tweeting me telling me to ask you out.” He laughed.
“Well, you’ve got a smart fandom.” I was feeling brave suddenly.
“That I do.”
“Well, Styles. I’d love to stay and chat but I do have a very important concert tonight and I must find an outfit.”
“While you’re at it, find an outfit for our lunch date tomorrow.”
“Goodbye, Harry.” I hung up the phone and smiled to myself.
“GIRLS! I need a lunch date outfit!” I ran around searching for El and Gem.
We spent more than half the day shopping, the three of us together is bad news. We headed to my room to get ready for the show.
“Not going to lie, we all look pretty fucking hot!” El screamed, and I was shocked at her choice of words and so was Gemma. Quiet little El is breaking out of her shell.
The car pulled up for us and took us to the venue.
Harry’s POV
“You remember, I’ve got eyes everywhere mate.” I way laying down the law to Ashton.
“I know, I know. Trust me dude, she’s got me wrapped around her finger.”
“Did you just admit to being whipped?” Luke joked.
All 9 of us literally roared with laughter, no matter how whipped you are by your girl, you never admit it. I would never say it aloud, unless it was to Adge, but she would still laugh in my face if I openly said that to her. Speaking of Adge, the door pushed opened and the girls walked in. I was the first to run to her.
“You look so sexy.” I picked her up and whispered in her ear.
“You’re not so bad yourself.”
“Ay! Styles put her down!” An accent shouted from the door.
“Perrie!” Adrienne charged at her.
“I see she was more excited to see your girl than she was to see me.” Zayn laughed and pat me on the back.
“Harry, did you finally fess up and tell her you’re crazy about her?” Perrie asked me in front of Adrienne. Instead of telling the guys, I told Perrie, I didn’t expect her to blab about it to everyone.
I turned red and looked at Adge, who just walked over and kissed me. “Go break a leg superstar. Well, not literally, that would be very inconvenient for us.” She winked.
Everyone just shouted and laughed at this. We all separated and went where we were needed, 5SOS headed on stage first and the boys went backstage while the girls went to the pit. Before Adge could walk away I pulled her to me.
“I’m a little nervous right now, not going to lie to you.” I pouted when she laughed at me.
“Don’t be, you impress me on a daily basis.”
“I try, Miss. Little Black Dress. Did you already know that was about you?” I eyed her up and down.
“Had a feeling Mr. Obvious.”
“What can I say? You sure know how to work them.”
“Shut up and get on stage!” She laughed and walked towards the rest of the girls.
