Harry’s POV

“Harry, babe, are you telling Liam how incredibly stupid he was for dumping Dani?” Adrienne was yelling in between Liam and I.

She smelled of Tequila and I knew this was going to be a long night already.

“Adge, sh, be quiet.” I hushed her sweetly.

“No, look at Danielle! She-she is a hottie!” She threw her arms up in the air with excitement.

“Adge, I’m being serious….”

She looked away from me and then settled her glare on Liam, and then realized. I could tell by the way her face went from hard to soft. She swiveled her head back in my direction looking for help.

“I’m sorry Soph, she’s just a little drunk.” I laughed and defended this crazy girl on my arm.

“No, she’s just a bitch, but yeah it’s cool.” Wait, what?

“HOLD THE FUCK UP.” I’ve never seen Adrienne move so quickly. “You-you did not just call me a bitch.” She drunkenly and angrily stuttered.

“I did. And of course you want Liam back with Danielle. You both are so alike, just in a relationship for your 15 minutes of fame. It’s almost pathetic. I feel sorry for you, Harry.” I wish I was a girl just so I could hit this bitch.

“You’re the pathetic one, bitch.” With that Adrienne threw her drink on Sophia and disappeared quickly.

Fuck. That must of cut her deep, she was always so scared of being with me because she hated hearing bad things about herself. She wouldn’t use me and I know that, we’ve known each other before the fame.

“Good job, really.” I snapped. “I’m pretty sure I would know if my best friend since the age of 5 was using me. But then again, you know everything right? Well, then I guess you should know Liam has been texting Dani since last month. Oops.” I shrugged at Liam and walked away.

I didn’t mean to throw Liam under the bus, it was simple collateral damage. Plus, she should know that she means nothing. Liam loves Danielle and everyone knows it. Enough of that drama I ran to Perrie and Danielle.

“Where is she?!” I yelled at them.

“Mate, what just went down? I just saw Liam chasing Soph out of the suite.” Zayn joined the circle.

“I may have slipped up, but Sophia pushed my fucking buttons.” I snapped back at him.

I spotted Gemma on the couch playing with Ashton’s fingers, Calum and Michael chatting up with Niall and Louis and Eleanor making out. But.. where was Luke?

Adrienne’s POV

Using Harry? Are you joking me? I’ve had the biggest crush on him since I was a kid! I’ve stuck by his side through his awkward stages and when he picked on me freshman year. I would never do that. I genuinely care about him. Is that what everyone thinks? I ran into the nearest bedroom, it was Niall’s suite so I know he won’t mind. I plop my drunk self on the bed and crawl into a ball. I don’t know why this affected me so badly.

“A, is everything okay in here? I saw you running?” Luke’s Australian accent rang through my ears.

“I’m okay.” I half smiled, he plopped down next to me on the bed.

“What did Harry do?” He smirked.

“Nothing, it was Sophia, she basically called me a gold digger. I don’t fuck with that.” I laughed and then frowned again. “It shocked me, I guess, and I am a sensitive drunk.”

“You’re adorable.” He wiped my tear with his thumb.

I felt overly uncomfortable with him so close to my face so I turned my head to look at the door. Just my luck Harry will barge in and beat the shit out of him. That means I have to move quickly.

“Thanks for comforting me, Luke.” I hugged him and made my escape.

I scanned the room for Harry and found him laughing with Gemma and Ashton. I stalked over and plopped myself on his lap, I looked up at him and smiled.

“Ade, we were just discussing our plans for a double date tomorrow! I’ll come by your room in the morning so we can go shopping before!” Gemma seemed happy, and I guess it’s because Harry finally agreed to her double date idea.

“Sounds lovely.” I smiled at them, but I just wanted to get out of her. “Can we go back to my suite?” I whispered quietly in Harry’s ear.

He smiled and picked me up off his lap and took my hand is his. “Let’s go, pretty.”

We were in my room fairly quickly and I ran to go put on sweats and grab clothes that Harry has left behind.

“Harry….” I trailed off and looked at him seriously while I sat at the table with him.

“I don’t think I like where this is going.” He whispered.

“I think Luke tried to make a move on me tonight…” I averted my eyes immediately.

Harry’s POV

Did she just say what I think she said?

“Are you fucking kidding me?” I shouted, not at her, just out of anger.

“After that thing with Soph, I ran into Niall’s room and he came in and sat next to me and was trying to help and then he wiped my tear and he got so close to my face! So naturally I freaked out and ran because I was scared you would come in and kill him!” She rambled, she was so cute.

“That fucking prick. I swear when I see hi-“ I was cut off by a knock on the door.

Adrienne sauntered off to grab it, when she pulled it open, I couldn’t help but laugh at the irony.

“You left your jacket behind, and I figured I’d drop it off here before I went back to my room.” He smiled at her.

“Thanks Luke.” She took the jacket awkwardly.

“Yeah! Thanks Luke for trying to fuck my girl!” I shouted from the kitchen.

“Harry!” She scolded me.

“Say it to my face, man.” Luke tried to sound tough from the other side of the door.

I stood up and stalked to the door. A glare plastered on my face and my hands balled in fists.

“You do not want to start with me. I’ll end you.” I growled at him.

“Whatever Harry, just remember when you break her, I’ll be the one who’s going to be there for her.” And with that he left.

“Harry… Calm. Down.” Adrienne took my hand and tried consoling me.

“Next time that fucker even looks at you, I’ll beat the shit out of him.”

Adrienne’s POV

Looks like I can’t leave my hotel room now..Or make eye contact. Oops.
