I kept getting letters, or notes. I have no idea who was sending them to me. they were quite cute, actually. The only person I showed them to was Zayn. He found it absolutely adorable. He would pinch my cheeks and stuff like that. Whateva, Zayn!

It was the day before the dance, and I was anxious to see who this 'secret admirer' was. Maybe he'd ask me to the dance.

the note read. I was so.... What was I? Scared? Excited? Weirded out? Whatever it was, I was a lot of it! I ont had one dress, an aqua blue dress with a purple sash at the waist. I hoped it would be okay.

I ran home that day, through the rain, not wanting to go on the bus with all the loud, noisy kids. They have me a headache, and I was too excited for a headache.

Would it be a cute boy? Or would I be disappointed?

My mom always had a saying:

Don't get your hopes up high, because you'll be disappointed in the end, and pull fall out of the sky.
