The End- Epilogue
A/N: This is the last chapter. I'm sorry if I disappointed you guys at some point or if me ending this story now is a disappointment. I just thought: All things end one day, good or bad, they end. I hope you guys have enjoyed reading this story as much as I enjoyed writing it. I believe this was my first great success as a writer here on One Direction FanFiction, and I have to thank you guys for the support and the positive comments and the rates! Three years later...
3rd Person's P.O.V-
Angelica Ruby Cowell is now Angelica Ruby Styles. Liam Jacob Greyson is now Liam Jacob Cowell Styles. Angel is 23, almost 24. Jake is now 10, almost 11. He and Sammy are best friends, they're over their little 'crush', or are they?
Harry proposed on the 24th of November, exactly 9 months after he asked her to his. He took her to the same restaurant he asked her to be his. They had dinner, then they decided to walk through the park near by. They talked just like old times: about everything and nothing at the same time. When the full moon was high up in the sky, shining down on the couple, Harry knelt and proposed. Angel obviously said yes, and he slipped the simple yet beautiful ring on her fourth finger.
The wedding took place in that same park, five months later. It was simple, yet colorful and happy. With spring blooming from each corner, the air was of roses and daisies. The dress was ever so simple, yet so detailed and rich it looked like a garden covered in white. Her bouquet had a touch of pastel to it, her hair (no flowers) andmakeup were simple but reflected her natural beauty and even made her look as if she belonged to that spring like environment. Even the rings were modest and very natural looking. Everything was done to perfection, or perfect imperfection as Angel would describe it to her diary later on.
They moved in together into a house closer to Jake's school and consequently closer to Sammy and Matt, much to Jake's content. They try to live the most simple way possible, attracting little to no attention unless they have something big happening in their carriers. Jake is growing to be a very mature and kind boy. He's an excellent student, an athlete. Just as Angel had predicted, he fell in love with the idea of becoming a swimmer. Sammy has been doing ballet since he began swimming, so she's becoming an amazing dancer too. Mathew grew to love science and math, and he often helps Jake with those subjects. They are best of friends and are enjoying their childhood to the fullest, never wanting to grow up before they should.
Sometimes Angel will argue with Harry, since he goes out clubbing with the boys very often and comes back home drunk. He knows it's bad, so he's trying his best to avoid alcohol. On their anniversary, they usually go to that particular restaurant and walk down the park hand in hand just talking. Recently, she got pregnant and is waiting for a baby girl, who will be named Anna Marie Styles, to be born. Harry is very happy, and Jake can't wait to have a baby sister.
The boys are still a band, though due to their age their music has changed a bit. Some of them learned how to write songs, and now they write their own songs and play their own instruments. They still go on tour, just not as frequently as before. Zayn is married and has a son called James, Niall is dating Alex for 2 years now, Louis is also married and Liam is engaged. Their all in their 20's and still look considerably young and still act a tad bit childish.
As you can see, even if we have rough moments that seem to never end, we can all be happy in the end. We can all move on from our horrible pasts and haunted memories and live a normal and happy life. Our past shouldn't hold us back, it should give us that little push that we need to grow up and become strong people. We shouldn't let our scars embarrass us, we should be proud of them. Scars mean battles and wars that were won. Be proud of your scars, they show how much of a fighter you are!
