Again on my own

Logan's POV

I smiled because I am not exactly a master of conversation when it comes to awkward silence. "Do you like horses?" I asked finally filling the silence. "Well I've never ridden one but they seem big and fast." He laughed. I smiled mentally vowing to make Zeek love them. That was his name right. Zeek, Zack, oh that's right Zayn. "Well then I will make you love them. Manny is a double rider horse, hop on. " I said. At first he looked a little suprised by my offer but then nervously started walking towards Manny. "You don't have to if you don't want to." I said not wanting to force him. "That's okey I got this. " he answered. I hopped off Manny and backed him up to the hay bails. I let Zayn get on first so I could hold Manny. The last thing I wanted was for Manny to take off with my nervous new neighbor. Talk about getting off on the wrong foot. Or in this case falling off on the wrong foot.

Once Zayn was on I walked Manny away from the hay bails just in case he were to spook when I got on. I grabbed the rains and vaulted on Mannys back in front of Zayn Mannys ears pricked but I quickly calmed him and then handed Zayn my helmet. He would need it more then me in the long run. "Don't you need this?" He asked. Not wanting to scare him, I just shrugged my shoulders and shook my head. Not trusting myself to talk. I told him to relax and sit back. And he wrapped his arms around me. I used my hand as a crop and let Manny canter. Zayn gasped at the speed and the asked me to slow him down. I put him in a tight circle and manny reluctantly slowed. Maybe we should do one at a time. I laughed.
