********Carly's POV*******
I hugged my mom as she walked to finished dinner.

"I made pasta just for you" She said with a smile smile to me.

She makes the best pasta. " thanks" I said.

"About you and Payton" I watched as she opened the oven and pulled out the pasta.

"I hate Payton. She slept with my boyfriend. She's my best friend" I yelled. "She's a whore"

I slammed my fist down and my mother jumped. "Carly" She yelled pulling out some plates.

She undid the tin-foil and cut me a pice. She handed me my plate with a glare.

"Gero Julian" I yelled standing from the stool walking to the table.

I sat my plate down and took a bite. My mother sat down a glass of water "might help"

I rolled my eyes and took a bite of pasta. I took a sip of water as Gero dropped his plate.

"Dude" I yelled. Gero is the most annoying 13 year old I seen ever.

"What" He said. I looked at my mom and she gave me a glare.

"Drop your plate again and see what happens" I hissed at him taking a bite.

Julian sat by me. "Grump much" She said.

"Annoying much" I said with a mouth full of food. Julian laughed "some ones on their period" She said and et and Gero stared to laugh.

Meet Julian the worst 15 year old alive. "Okay kids that enough" My mother said.

"Julian you must be I your period every day than" I said taking another bite.

She just rolled her eyes as my mother sat the pasta I the middle of the table.

She walked out with out a word. "I hate you both" I said.

"That good" Julian said with a smirk.

"Why are you here anyway" Gero asked stuffing his face.

"Cause I can! Maybe I wanna stay for the summer!" I yelled in his face.

"I hope not" He yelled back. I threw my plate and stood.

"I'm going over to mrs.vans house" I grabbed my purse off the stool and walked out.

"Where are my keys" I yelled. Finally I found them!

*********Payton's POV**********
I grabbed my purse and walked up to the door. I was at my mothers. Wow big mistake.

I knocked and waited. She opens the door in a long fancy red dress with high heals. Her hair was crumped and she had a big glop of lipstick.

And way to much eyeliner. "Payton" She said opening the screen door.

"Hey mother" I said walking in.

"haven't herd from you I a while. How are you my darling" She said as her heals clicked on the ground.

"Well..I came to tell you something" I said as she slide in to the seat in front of me.

She nodded for me to go on. "I was caught in a love affair" I said.

"What!!!???!!!??" She yelled throwing her hands up.

"With Carly's boy friend" I said.

"Don't come here. Payton you know better! Even Kathren knows better. That chick" She yelled standing.

"Don't talk about Kathren that way! And I don't know why I came here" I yelled starting to tear.

"Kathren was here for me! Unlike you she treated me like one of her daughters! She did more then you" I yelled at her.

"honey don't lie to your self she did noting" My mother said and I ended up face to face with her.

"Shes better then you every could" I yelled and turned the other way walking out.

I got in my car and started to tear up. Kathren is like my mom. My mom didn't go to my school concerts. Kathren did. She would bring me flowers.

Kathren was the best mom I had.
