Skylar's POV

When we finally arrive home, no one is at neither of our dorms. Louis walked me to my door, and when he got there he texted me that no one was there. We agreed that I'd go over there, since he usually comes over to my place. While we sit there watching 'Legally Blonde' (which I brought over), he gets a text, so I pause the movie. He sighs in what sounded like annoyance.

"What's wrong." I ask.

"Get your coat, we're going to Niall's." He grumbles, and gets out of his chair.

"Why are you so upset, they're friends?"

"I like sitting at home being with you, we just got home."

He was silent on the way up there. To be fully honest, I was half excited and the other half was screaming at me to tell him just ignore the text. I wanted to show the ring so bad, but it's nice when it just him and I. I knock on the door and Niall answers it, engulfing me in one of his Horan Hugs.

"Come in take a seat." Niall gestures us inside. As I walk in, Vivy runs over to me with Perrie.

"SHOW US THE RING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" They shout. All the boys, besides Louis who is blushing bright red, look confused.

"What are you talking about, Louis didn't propose did he? You're too young to be getting married." Liam says, concern in his tone.

"No, just a promise ring." Louis confirms.

"Why did the girls know, but not us?" Harry asks.

"I checked with them the ring size and what she wanted to be, just to make sure that she wanted to be an actress." Lou explained.

"Well I see how it is." Liam chuckles messing around.

Niall stays silent, not responding to any of Louis' comments. He seems upset.

Niall's POV

I look at the ring on her finger as she talks to everyone. She can't be with anyone else, she loves him. He loves her. She's happy with him and he's happy with her. She's my friend's girlfriend. I'm not even allowed to like her, or date her. I need to stop this.

He pulls her legs up onto his lap and she leans against the arm of the chair. I hear her giggle and die a little knowing I'm not the reason why. He leans down towards her and places a kiss on her lips.

"I think I'm gonna go to my room." I whisper out, hearing some cracks in my voice.

"Are you okay, Niall?" Sky asks.

"Yeah, I just have a migraine."

Skylar's POV

I watch as Niall rushes off to his room. He must have a horrible headache.

I feel Louis slip a hand up the leg of my jeans. I know that there's heat rising to my cheeks as he rubs his hand up and down my leg. I pull my legs down from his lap back down to the floor.

"We should be getting home." Lou says, standing up from the love seat. I stand up as well and we walk towards the door.

"I'll see you tomorrow in drama you guys. See you later Viv." I say, following close behind.

We were walking to the car, and I notice an unknown expression on Lou's face. When we get in the car, just before he could put the key in, I take his hands in mine. I look deep into his eyes.

"What's wrong, Lou?" I question.

"I don't know what's wrong with Niall." He responds almost in a whisper.

"I think I do. He's upset because you use to focus your attention on the guys, but now it's on me. Tomorrow, Don't even send me a good morning text, just spend the day with the boys."

"But, how am I to go a day without even a text."

"I know, but you never did the things you do for me when you were with Scarlet, so pretend like you don't know me tomorrow, like you're with Scarlet again."

"Fine."

"Why'd we leave so early anyway?"

"Because, tonight Vivy isn't coming home." He deviously smirks as I raise an eyebrow in curiosity. Why is Vivy not coming home so fascinating to him?
