we arrive at the hospital but we dont get a chance to see kell. the nurse comes to us.


"im sure mrs james will be alright. i have also been informed that a child was involved in the fire?'' sha asked.


''yes, but this wasnt our fault. we had no intention of this'' i say as i hold sadies hand tight.


''we understand that mrs tomlinson, but we might need to check her for any problems with her lungs if she breathed in any smoke.'' she said.

i looked at louis who has his worried look on his face. i look back at the nurse and give her sadies hand.


"momma?" she asked.


''baby, this nice lady is goin to look at you to see if you have any problems. ok?" i said. she nods and the nurse takes her.



2 hours later

the nurse comes back with sadie who is sucking on a lollipop. sadie runs to me.

"mr and mrs tomlinson, may i have a word?" she says. louis takes my hand and guides me to the nurse.


"your daughter inhaled a lot of smoke, which is causing some serious lung problems. she will be fine but will need inhaler until she has reached the age of 11." said the nurse as she handed us the inhaler. my baby.
