Secrets

Zoe's POV

When we arrived at the beach, no one else was there. I guess we were early for once. Niall was laying down the towels for us to sit on.

"Cuddle?" He asked, eyes full of joy.

"Of course." I went down to sit with him.

He put his arm around my shoulders and we just sat there. I turned to face him, only to find he was already staring at me. Ha! Busted.

"Oh, um... Sorry.. I was just- um.. Yeah." Awww he's nervous.

"Zoe? Can I ask you something?" I guess he felt me tense up, because he started laughing.

When he finally stopped he said,

"Would it be weird if I asked you to be my girlfriend?" Omg! He actually asked me!

"Niall! I would love to be!" He tackled me into a hug as I said that. He pulled back. He leaned in to give me a kiss, but before he had the chance to, everyone came running towards us.

"Awww!" Perrie and Eleanor yelled.

"So, mate, I'm guessing you guys are a thing now?" Louis asks.

"Yep. I'm glad to call Zoe my girlfriend." Hearing him say it brings butterflies to my stomach. He gave my had a tight squeeze.

"Where's Liam and Harry?" I ask.

"Oh, they're coming." Zayn says, "they just went to get the vodka and the shotglasses from the trunk."

"Ok, so what's the plan?" I ask.

"We'll be playing truth or dare!" Perrie yells.

"But, whenever you can't answer a truth, you take a shot. Whenever you're too much of a wimp to do the dare, you will be kissing a person of the asker's choice." Eleanor adds.

"Simple enough." Niall states.

Just then, Liam and Harry came running towards us. They're eyes were looking at me and Niall's entwined hands.

"I guess we missed a lot." Harry says, breaking the silence. There was hurt in his eyes, or maybe I just imagined it.

"Yeah, mate. Me and Zoe are in a relationship now." Niall looks at me and sends me a wink. I blush at this.

"Ok, enough chitter-chatter, let's play!" Perrie sat down beside me and soon we were in a circle.

I got a look at Harry and he had a mixture of anger and sadness in his face. What's up with him?

He caught me staring and had an evil smirk on his face. Guess not. Still the same jerkface Harry.
