Chapter 23
Mackenzie's POV
Outfit
The morning after everything happened changed everything. Harry left, and didn't call like he promised. I was devastated, but most of all hurt and worried. I had no idea what he was up to. And frankly i didn't want to find out. But I just wish after everything we went through, he would've at least told me the truth, but he just keeps lying straight at my face. And I am just getting completely tired of it. I just forgot about it and went to school.
Harry's POV
Harrys Outfit
I couldn't handle everything that took place last night. I had to get out and just clear my head. But that lead to coming back, and telling Mackenzie I would call her, when her and I both know that wouldn't happen. I really wish I could just change, it would take a lot to do that. But I would change just for Mackenzie. I would do anything for her. I'd jump in front of a bullet for her. She wouldn't believe because I basically just had a stand with her. After I promised myself I wouldn't do that to her. Mackenzie is a very special girl. One of a kind.
I fixed my hair one more time, before grabbing my keys and headed for her. I had no clue what I was going to say, but I would try and figure that out on the way there.
Music was playing in the background quietly, but it gave me some sense. I finally had a idea of what I was going to say. Ed Sheeran gave me some idea. He helped me. So thank you Ed.
Mackenzie's POV
I was sitting in science trying to finish a project we had received a week ago. I liked to get things done early, so that't why I was trying to finish. I looked out the window, and it was raining hard. I sighed and was happy I didn't have to walk home. But I really did miss my old school, here I was still the new girl, but I had a couple friends. It was nothing compared to my old school.
Everyone was so cheery and energetic back there. But here, it just a bunch of quiet people. I wish something exciting would actually happen. The speaker went off in the classroom, and my name was called to check out. I knew it wasn't my dad because he was working. I stepped outside of the school, and was engulfed by the smell of rain. And Harry.
My mouth fell open and i ran to him, not caring who was watching, or if was raining. I was just happy he came back, again. He wrapped his arms around my body, and mine around his neck.
A tear escaped my eye, mixing in with the rain. "Mackenzie I'm so sorry, I-". I put my finger over his mouth, shushing him. I stared at his lips, and him at mine. "Kiss Me".

Our lips moved in perfect harmony, bells ringing all around us. My heart pumped its way out of my chest, wrapping itself around us, causing our bodies to press together. My mind was clouded and I felt as if no one was here. Just us two, the last two people on earth. And that's all of wanted. That feeling.
Other Outfit After we got home, I took a shower and got dressed. Everything was perfect. Harry decided we would watch a movie. We fell asleep in each others arms, tangled beneath one another. Forgetting everything we've been through, and thinking tonight.
