I Found You Again (Niall Horan)

Destany's Pov:


3 days ago, Mariah met Niall. I think it went pretty good actually. I felt bad that she asked Niall like a million questions. She thought he was good for me though. I was so glad. She's like my sister so if she didnt approve, I dont know what I would do. I really liked him. I love him. I do, I know that we have only actually been dating for 3 months, but I've known him since I was 2. He was always one year older than me so he was 3. I did like him then though but he knew. I told him when we first started dating 3 months ago.


I cant actually beileve over 5 years, we met up again. I though he hated me. And now look, were dating. Im so happy. He never actually left my mind. Every night he would find his way back in somehow. Im glad he did now. At first I was mad cause he cause me so much pain, but then I figured out it wasn't him. He lost my number. Now, its in his phone again. He might be the one for me, forever. I hope. In the last couple of days, I have spent time with Penny and friends. Im going to miss everyone. Especially Penny, Mariah, Amy, and my dance crew. Those are the ones I normally hangout with. We are close. Im relaxing today though. Im in my swets, lose short shirt, my stomach shows a little bit but it doesnt matter. Nobody really shows up without messaging me first. My hair was down over my shoulders. It was straight today. And by the way, my swets were the ones that go up to your knee and the shirt only shows up to belly button. I got up from my movie that I paused. I had so much food in front of me. It was a snack day too, I guess.


I had skittles, sour patch kids, gummy worms, kettlecorn popcorn, doritos and this cheese dip, and like 1 bottle of soda. I decided to stop eating. Imma get fat soon. I got up and started putting things away. I put everything away and then layed across the counter on my belly. I pulled out my phone and started playing this game. I heard a knock on the door. Who could be here. I looked at my messages and there was none. I got up and answered the door. It was Devin. What did he want? "What?" I said. He was looking at me up and down. "Um.. can you stop?" I said rudely. I didn't care if I talked to him rudely. I hated him. "Um.. can I come in?" He said. "Uh.. why?" I said with a confused look. "I want to check on Penny" He said. He looked nervous. "Ugh.. sure" I said. I had to let him see her when he wanted or I wasn't aloud to be with her. It was his dog. "Let me go get her" I said. She was in my room. I let her out and she came to greet him. "Want me to let her outside to go to the bathroom?" "Whatever" I said walking away. He got up and walked out. I was glad. He looked suspicious though. He might be planning something. I started thinking about bad things but then got them out of my head. He wouldn't do anything. I texted Niall and told him that he was here.



He said he might come over, he might have plans but he doesn't know yet. Devin walked back in the door and I rolled my eyes. I looked over at him but he didn't have Penny. "Wheres Penny?!" I said. "She's in the fencing part" He answered. "Then why are you in here?" I said. "So we can hangout" He said walking over to me. "Um.. we aren't friends" I said. He got really close to me, like his body was against mine. "You sure about that" He said. He pressed his lips against mine. I pulled away instantly. "Get off of me pervert!" i yelled. He grabbed my waist and pulled me against him again. "Get off!" i yelled again. "I just want to have some fun" He said smiling. "No, get out!!" I yelled trying to pull away. I needed to get stronger. I pulled me closer and tighter. "Stop! Your hurting me!" I yelled. "Come on" He said. He picked me up and was bringing me into my room. Was he going to rape me?!?! Im a virgin and dont want to lose it to a douchbag! I kept kicking and yelling but it didn't work. I didn't give up though.



He slammed my door shut. I tried to wiggle out of his grasp on me but he just held on tighter. It hurt so bad, I think im going to have bruises. He threw me down on the bed and layed on top of me, holding me tight so I couldnt get out. "Please stop!" I yelled. I started crying. I didn't want this to happen. Im only seventeen. I was getting raped by my ex-boyfriend. He started taking off my shirt. I tried to stop him but he slapped me hard across my face. He ripped of my shirt. I wanted him to get out! I don't want this to happen. He unbuttoned my pants. "Help!!" I screamed out. He slapped me hard in the face again. "Shut the fuck up!" He yelled. I was sobbing. I was a fighter though. "Help! Help!" I said trying to scream through my sobs. He punched me in the stomach. My pants were now off. He started grinding me hard. I was crying really bad. "He-hel-help!" I said crying. He punched me in the ribs. I needed to get out of here. Now. I started kicking and screaming again. He punched me across the face. "What did I tell you!" He said. He was getting mad. I heard knocking but I knew he didn't. "Help!" I yelled. "Shut the fuck up!" He yelled again. All of a sudden the door burst open. Someone tackled Devin to the ground. He was on top of him and punching him. There was blood. It was Niall on top of him. "EVER TOUCH MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND AGAIN AND I'LL BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF YOU AGAIN!" He yelled with his Irish accent. I could hear sirens and I just put my head in my pillow.




The cops ran in and Niall got off of him and ran over to me. It was kinda awkward cause all these people were in my room and i was only in my bra and underwear. "What happened?" He asked worried. My face was on his chest and I was still sobbing. "H-he tried to ra-rape me" I said sobbing. "Its okay, he's going to jail now" He said rocking me back and forth. A girl police officer came over to me and said "Come on sweety, lets get some clothes on you" I nodded and got up. We went to my closet and I got a random pair of skinnyjeans and a shirt. I dont care if they dont match. She walked me into the bathroom. I looked back and saw Niall looking at me with tears in his eyes. He saw all my bruises. I turned back around and the officer closed the bathroom door. Obvousily it was a girl cause it would be awkward with a guy officer. She looked at my bruises first. I twinched every time she touched one of them. She cleaned up my cuts. There wasn't much talking but she did get me to stop crying and kind of explain and she told me that when we got outside that some police officers are going to ask me questions and I just nodded. She put alchohol (Or however you spell it) On my cuts. It hurt and I cried alittle bit. I was sore. Everything was just running through my mind. What if Niall's plans worked out and he never came? I dont even want to think about that right now.




She helped me put on my clothes and we couldn't put on the skinny jeans. "One moment" She said. I nodded and she walked out. She came back with a pair of swets. They were alot easier to put on. Why was I stupid enough to grab skinny jeans? I pulled my shirt over my head. I looked in the mirror and my lips were all puffy from him kissing me and my eyes were red from crying. There were tear stains down my face too. I walked out of the bathroom but the lady. I think her name was Katelyn? Yeah, I think she said Katelyn atleast. We walked out and there was like 10 officers. She sat me down on the couch and and sat down in a chair across from me. Niall saw me and tried to get through the door but an officer held him back. "Im her boyfriend" He said angry. He looked at me and I nodded. He let him through and he came and sat next to me. His eyes were red. My legs were across his lap and my head was in his chest. A boy officer sat in the other seat across from me. "Can you tell me what happened sweetheart?" He said nicely. I told him everything from when he knocked on the door to when they walked in the room. He nodded and wrote down to what looked like to be everything I said. After I was done, they all left and told me he was going to be in jail for a long time. Niall stayed and comforted me.

Niall's Pov:

I got a text from Dess saying that Devin was over there. I was sopposed to have plans with Louis but we didn't know yet cause he might have plans with Eleanor. I told Dess I might come but i dont know. A few minutes later I got a text from Louis that he couldn't hangout. I decided to go over to Destany's. I got in the car and drove. I forgot my phone at home. I turned around and drove back to my house. I ran in and grabbed my phone. I ran back out to my car and got in. I turned it on and turned the music up. I had to hit every stop light in town, of course. I finally got to her apartment buildings and got out of the car. I walked slowly up to the elevator cause I was on my phone. I went up the elevator and got to her door. I knocked and then heard screaming.




"Help!! Help!" It was Destany's voice. I tried opening the door but it was locked. I called the police and then stood back and kicked the door open. I heard stuff in her room. I ran to her room door. Locked. I stood back and kicked it open again. I almost died when I saw what I saw. Right when I broke the door, I saw him punch her across the face. It was pretty dark in the room but some light from the window. I did what was my first instinct to do. I ran and tackled him from on top of her. We landed on the ground, I was on top of him. I kept punching him over and over again. I could hardly beileve what I saw. If only I was here earlier, none of this would of happened. "EVER TOUCH MY FUCKING GIRLFRIEND AGAIN AND I'LL BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF YOU AGAIN!" I yelled and punched him again. I heard Destany sobbing and the police ran in. I got off of him and ran over to Dess.




"What happened" I said. Her legs were across my lap and her head in my chest. "H-he tried to ra-rape me" she said sobbing. "Its okay, he's going to jail now" I said rocking her back and forth. A girl police officer came over and said "Come on sweety, lets get some clothes on you" She nodded and got up and went to her closet. She picked out a random pair of skinny jeans and a t-shirt. She was walking around in her bra and underwear and I could see the bruises. There were bruises on her ribs and back and face and some other places. She was bleeding too. I had tears in my eyes. If I came here faster, I could of stopped it sooner. She turned around when she was at the bathroom door. I was just staring at her bruises. She lightly smiled at me and I lightly smiled back. We both had weak smiles but after all that, atleast she could smile. A boy police officer came over to me and asked me who I was. I told her I was her boyfriend. I showed him my ID card and he noticed me from my band. I dont think he beileved me that I was her boyfriend cause he made me go outside and asked me more questions. I was out in the hallway getting questioned and saw her walk towards the couch. I started walking towards her and a guy police officer stopped me and told me I couldn't go in.



"Im her boyfriend!" I said angry. Like really, my girlfriend was getting raped and I saved her and I couldn't even see her?! He looked at her and she nodded and I ran over to her. I sat down on the couch hugging her. She lightly cried inside my shoulder. She had her legs over me and her head in my chest like last time. The officer coughed to show he needed to say something. We looked over at him and he started asking her what happened and questions. She answered and told them everything. They wrote down to what seemed to be everything. They allgot up and said he was going to be in jail for a long time and to keep safe. They thanked me and told me if I got in there any later, things could of gotten worse. They all left and I stayed there and comforted her. I wasn't leaving anytime soon. I was going to stay at her house so nothing else happened to my princess. Good that we leave soon so she will mostly always be with me.
