Breaking Fate

I walk into the house later that evening. Exhausted after having to spend a whole day with Harry. Aiden though, was bouncing off the walls. He kept talking about how awesome Harry and Nicholas were. I moaned. I really didn't want to hear about Harry at the moment. That guy was a totally jerk, no is a total jerk. "How about we get something to eat," I say as I grab Aiden's hand, leading him into the kitchen. "Can we have pizza," Aiden asks in an overly excited voice. "Why not," I reply. I'm too tired to cook, and a little junk food once in a while can't hurt a fly. When the pizza arrived, I sat down and watched a little T.V. Not that there was much on, on a Tuesday night. So, I had time to think. I thought about Harry. On one hand, I would love to kick his ass. But on the other hand, I would love to get to know him better. I don't know why I felt that because if I'm not mistaken, he was the one who threw me in the pool today. I smirk thinking about what he got in return. A full bucket of mucky water. And he had his clothes on. "Mommy," Aiden calls to me from the kitchen. "What is it buddy," I say as I step into the kitchen. "Harry and Nicholas are on the other line," he explains as he hands me the phone. I sigh, taking the phone from his outstretched hand. "Hello," I say into the phone, keeping my voice in a calm tone. "Hay Karina" Harry says from the other end, "I was wondering if Aiden could come over for a sleepover," Harry asks. "Uh, sure" I say slowly, "but I would have to come over too." I add with a slight smirk on my end. "You don't trust me," he questions, and I imagine him raising his eyebrows. "Not after you made me wear a highly inappropriate bathing suit, and pushed me in the pool," I fire back at him as I take a seat at the kitchen table. "Says the girl who threw mucky water at me, while I was in my clothes!" He shouts in exasperation. I groan. I had had enough of him for one day. "It's either Aiden goes over and I go with, or he doesn't go over. Your choice," I say in a smug voice. "Fine. Aiden comes over. But you better wear your birthday uniform," he says. Now he's the smug one. "You asshole," I shout into the phone and then hang up. Not even caring what he has to say in response. "Mommy" Aiden says quietly, "am I going over to Nicholas' house?" I sigh. I know he's going to do the puppy dog face if I don't agree, so I really have no choice. "Yes we are," I say as I lead him upstairs to pack. We quickly finish packing and I soon find myself knocking on Harry's front door. "Hello," Harry greets us as he opens the door. Aiden quickly scampers in, leaving me alone with Harry. Great. "I'm disappointed to see that your not wearing your birthday uniform," Harry says in an unbelieving voice. I do the one thing I can think to do, and the one thing he deserves most at the moment. I slap him, hard.

I updated! Hope your happy. It's kind of a filler so I might, just might, update today......double update, we'll see! If not, I promise tomorrow, unless something crazy comes up......(hopefully not! :) Ok, I don't think you want to be reading the notes all day, so....
