Just a Fool
Chapter 5
Nichole's P.O.V
It's the next Monday and the house is all unpacked and we are officially moved in.Sunday when I got to the the house I found all of my furniture put together and arranged.I later found out that my brothers cam and did it for me. This morning after I dropped the kids off at school and Piper off at Anne's I went to the doctors for my check up.Spencer came with me this time.
'"Are you nervous?" Spencer asked me as we waited for the doctor to come into the room.
"Not really since I have been through this fours times before." I said looking at my phone.I was texting Harry making sure he was still getting the kids after they get out of school.
"So I got the divorce papers in the mail yesterday." I said looking at Harry's message then putting my phone in my purse.
"How are you handling that?" He asked me.
"Fine for right now.I don't think it has hit me yet that this is actually happening and I'm scared of what's going to happen when it does." I said as the doctor came in.
"Hello Mrs.Styles how are you today?" Dr.McHenry asked me.
"I'm ok I guess." I replied as he washed his hands.
"Well maybe seeing little peanut will make you feel better." He said coming and putting the gel on my stomach.He has been my OBJYN for the other four pregnancies so he know I call the baby peanut.He placed the camera thingy on my stomach and we looked at the screen. When we left the doctors everything was going as it should be but he said I should eat a little more.When we got back to the bakery everyone greeted me.
"Hey guys Ross was wondering when he gets to see the kids again for a play date." Madison said.
"Harry has the kids tonight so maybe this weekend since I have absolutely nothing planned." I said walking into my office.The rest of the day went by in a blur and when I finally got home I changed into yoga pants and sat on my bed.I turned on my i-pod and "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias came on.

"I'm so glad you agreed to become Mrs.Styles." Harry whispered in my ear as we were having our first dance as a married couple.
"I would have been crazy not to." I said resting my head on his shoulder.We danced for a while when Harry began to sing along to the song.
"I can be your hero, baby.
I can kiss away the pain.
I will stand by you forever.
You can take my breath away." He whispered in my ear.

That was our song and the song we danced to at our wedding.I felt a lump in my throat and hurried and changed the song to "Waiting for Superman" by Daughtry.I wiped the few tears that had fallen and reached next to me to get the envelope that the divorce papers were in.I took them out and was about to read them when I got a call from El asking if she and the girls could come over.I said sure and continued to take the papers out.
When they were here El called and I told her the password for the garage door since there is a door from the garage to the kitchen and I leave that door unlocked when I'm home.I also told them to just come up to my room.When they walked in they each picked a spot on my bed.
"Are those the papers?" Dani asked me.I nodded my head and sighed and ran my hands through my hair.El and Perrie looked at them.
"Umm Nic did you read the last page yet?" Perrie asked me. I looked at her and shook my head no.She handed me the papers back and I turned to the last page.
"He is also taking me to court for custody! Can he do that?!?" I asked almost breaking into tears.
"There is a very low chance he will get them.Think about it.He is always touring and in the studio and that's not a steady home for a child." Dani said hugging me and wiping away my tears.
"I'm going to invite Madison,Monica,and Sarah over." I said getting my phone and texting them.They each said they would be over ASAP.
"I haven't seen them in forever!" El said.I turned on my I-pod again and "You're Beautiful" by James Blunt came on.

I was going through my twitter feed and there were many more like that.I know I promised Harry I wouldn't check my twitter for a while but he wasn't home and I was bored.I read more of the messages and began to cry.
"What's wrong babe?" Harry asked startling me.I hadn't realized he had came home.I locked my phone and put it under my pillow.
"N...nothing." I said wiping away my tears and putting a fake smile on.He looked at me with disappointment. I sighed and took my phone from under my pillow and handed it to him.He unlocked it and looked at my twitter page.
"What the hell Nichole! You promised me you wouldn't get on twitter!" Harry yelled at me making me cry even more.I stood up and walked to the bathroom and locked the door.I sat with my back to the door. I heard a thud on the other side of the door.
"Babe please come out.I didn't mean to yell at you." Harry said.I didn't respond,I just sat on the ground crying.
"You know they are lying.You are beautiful and special." Harry said through the door.I still continued to cry.I heard Harry sigh and then a couple of minutes later he began to sing.
"You're beautiful. You're beautiful.
You're beautiful, it's true.
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do,
'Cause I'll never be with you." He sang.When he finished I opened the door and he stood up and pulled me into a hug and just let me cry into his chest.

"Nic...Nichole are you ok?" El asked waving her hand in front of my face.I turned and looked at her with a confused look.
"You were staring of in space and the girls are here." Perrie said.I stood up and ran downstairs to open the door for them.Except it wasn't them. It was Harry with the kids.They each gave me a hug then ran behind me to each of the girls. Harry handed me Piper and we kind of just stood there awkwardly staring at each other.
"Nichole has something to tell you!" Perrie said.I turned and looked at her with confusion until she put a hand on her stomach and then I glared at her.I turned back to Harry.
"Lets go to the living room.Kids can you go to the play room with your aunts please?" I said handing Piper to El and then pinching Perrie as she walked past me.She stuck her tongue out at me then walked to the basement where their play room and the movie room was.Harry and I sat on separate couches.
"I'm pregnant." I said deciding to come right out with it.
"What do you mean? How many moths?" He asked me running his hands through his hair.
"Remember two months ago when you got a break from tour and the kids spent the night at Charlie's? So now I'm two month pregnant with our 5th child." I said looking down at my hands.
"Why the hell are you just telling me now?" Harry yelled.
"I don't know I was pretty busy packing and moving.Sorry if I was too preoccupied." I said in a calm voice.
"Whatever just be sure to show up next week for our custody hearing!" Harry yelled before storming out of the house and slamming the door.I sat with my head in my hands.I felt someone pull me into a hug.
"It's going to be fine babe." El said.I nodded as there was a knock on my door.El went to open it and Madison,Monica,and Sarah walked into the living room.El filled them in on what happened and they all hugged me.They stayed for an hour and then they left.Perrie spent the night.El and Dani would have but El has school tomorrow and Dani has rehearsal.
