That Girl

Marnie's POV

We arrived at our destination. He swiftly turned off the car and ran around to my side of the car before he let me out. "Where are we?" I asked. I had never been here before. He waited a moment. I was about to ask again when he said, "The zoo." I smiled and said, "Oh, cool." We walked through the parking lot side-by-side. I was hoping that he would hold my hand, but he didn't. We reached the ticket booth and I started to get out my wallet. He took my hand out of my purse and put it at my side.

"No, you don't have to pay; I've got you covered." "But-" "Mar, I can pay. I'm the one who's taking you out." I finally gave up as he handed the girl the money. She was nearly having a heart attack as she looked as though she was going to pass out. With a shaking hand, she took the money from Harry's hand and put it in the cash register and then handed him the change. "Thank you." He flashed those adorable dimples, and the poor girl's legs almost gave out. "You-you're w-welcome... Have a-a nice d-day..." She stuttered slowly.

Harry put his hand on my back and started to lead me into the zoo. "So, where would you like to go first?" He asked quietly whilst looking into my eyes. I felt like that girl in the ticket booth as my legs started to get wobbly; his eyes were gorgeous. "Oh, uh, how about to the tigers?" I said leisurely. "Okay," he said. That was when he put his hand around mine. Ours fit perfectly together as we made our way over to the jungle themed cage. I could immediately spot the bright orange creatures that stood out against all of the green plants and trees. "Wow.." I whispered; they were so graceful and pretty. "I know, they're amazing," He whispered back.

We turned to eachother at this moment. We looked into eachother's eyes before he slowly started to close his and lean into me. Right before our lips met though, I turned my head. What was I thinking, kissing this boy? "Wait, why is there no one here except us and the employees....?" I asked as I finally realized we were alone. "Well, I bought out the place for today so that we could be alone, but..." He said in a sad and disapointed tone. "Oh my gosh, that's so sweet of you!" I said as I gave him a hug. I could feel him smile and then wrap his arms around me.

"Okay, well where to next?" I said as I pulled away from his embrace abrubtly, causing a surprised expression to cross his face. "Oh, uh, how about the polar bears?" He said quickly. "Okay, i'll meet you there then?" I said mischeiviously as I started to back away. He simply smiled before I spun around and ran in the direction that the signs said were the polar animals. A few seconds passed before I heard his feet hitting the pavement as he started to pursue me. I smiled at the thought of what this must look like to someone watching us. I quickly turned the corner, and I saw the cage for the polar bears at the end of this long path way.


When I felt that I was within reach of the cages, an arm closed around my waist and lifted me in the air and over someone's shoulder. I giggled as I saw light, curly hair under me and knew that Harry was carrying me. Wow, he was strong; he was lifting me in the air with no struggle at all. He set me down moments after picking me up, right in front of his body so that my back was to his front.


He leaned down and started kissing a spot right below my ear. My head fell back onto his body as I tried not to moan. "H-harry.." I managed whisper. "Don't you ever *kiss* run away *kiss* from me like that *kiss* again," He whispered in between kisses. A smirk started to creep across my face as I turned around. "And who's saying that I won't?" I said mischeiviously with an even bigger smirk. I wrapped my arms around his neck as I said this, and he linked his arms behind my lower back. "Me," he said in barely a whisper as a greedy smile crossed his face and he stared at my lips. I decided to make the first move as I rose up and crashed my lips into his full, luscious ones.

We started off kind of shy at first, no one really being too viscious. But I wanted to be. I tangled my hands in his curls and tugged, trying to get him to come at me harder. I think he got the signal as we backed into a wall and we some how got closer to eachother. Almost right after he started to ask for access with his tongue, I granted him entrance. Our tongues danced, battling for dominance. His hands travelled down to my bum where he lightly squeezed. I uttered a little squeak which forced a laugh from Harry's lips.

"Um, uh, excuse me?" A voice interrupted our heated makeout session. We pulled away awkwardly and embarrassedly. "Yes?" Harry asked in an annoyed manner. "Heh, um, the park closes in 5 minutes." The man said, trying not to meet our gaze. "Oh, well thanks!" I said, and I took Harry's hand and started pulling him towards the entrance quickly. "Hey, you promised you wouldn't run away from me anymore," He said and I could tell my his tone that there was a smirk on his beautiful face. I spun around and pulled him close as I looked straight up into his eyes. "I know, but this time, we're together."


Harry's POV

We listened to music the whole car ride home. Mar sang quietly to almost every one. She really had an amazing voice; I wished that she'd sing louder. "Will you sing for me?" I said as I abruptly turned the radio off. "Oh, uh, I-" "Please?" I asked, looking over into stormy grey/blue eyes; they weren't as blue today. She gave in as she started to sing some tune; I didn't really recongnize it, and there wasn't any words. But it was still one of the most beautiful things I had ever heard. It went really high up into the notes and her voice made them sound so lyrical and pretty. She stopped, and I looked over in astonishment. "Please, keep going." I pleaded. "The song is over." She said with a grin, and the conversation was over and the radio was turned back on.
