Leilas POV

“Finn, hey!” I said while waving back to him. I was a bit upset that he ruined mine and Niall’s moment. “Funny seeing you here.” Finn replied to me. From the corner of my eye I could see Niall tense up every time he started talking to me. He almost seemed... Jealous.

“Um, since we have school off for the month me and Eleanor are vacationing” I said while smiling up at him. As we engaged in further conversation I realized that Niall was still there looking around awkwardly.”Oh i'm sorry, I forgot to introduce you guys. Niall this is my classmate, Finn. Finn this is my friend, Niall.” They said their hellos and had a friendly handshake.

Nialls POV

Ever since this Finn character showed up, he has taken all of Leila’s attention. She practically forgot I was even there. Of course just when everything was going good, Finn had to show up and ruin it. “Thanks mate.” I thought to myself. I couldn’t help but be jealous, she seemed so interested in him. I thought of all the things that happened before he showed up, I was going to tell her how I felt. Except now, I am going to have to wait longer. Just great. I was so caught up with thinking that I didn’t realize Leila was calling my name. “Niall? Anyone there?” she asked me. “Yeah, um sorry.” “So as I was saying do you want to come to dinner with me and Finn?” She asked. I didn’t really want to go, but I had to go. Gotta make sure he doesn’t take Leila from me. “Of course.” I replied with the fakest smile plastered on my face. This should be interesting.

Leilas POV

Me, El, and the boys spent the rest of the day at the beach. We had so much fun that by the time me and Niall had to leave to go get ready for the dinner that I almost asked Niall if we should just cancel, but then I actually thought about it. At the hotel Niall went to shower in one of the boys bathrooms to save time and I showered in ours. Niall walked in while I was styling my hair. “Do I look okay?” I asked while getting up to show him. “ Yeah, you look amazing” he said with a wide smile across his face. “ But, why are you trying to impress this Finn guy so much, he seems like hes no good. Like hes just trouble”. “ What do you mean, you don't even know the guy?” I replied offended at his comment. “ I just dont think hes good for you” “ Oh and I suppose you know what's good for me” “ Just don't get involved with him” “ WHO ARE YOU TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO?” He just stared at me for a long time, realizing that I am right. He was no one to me but a guy I met a day ago. “ IT SHOULDN'T MATTER WHAT I AM TO YOU, ALL THAT MATTERS IS THAT I CARE ENOUGH TO WATCH OUT FOR YOU” Niall yelled getting as angry as me. “ NO BECAUSE IT DOES MATTER. WE ARE FRIENDS, NIALL NOTHING MORE” I yelled out of breath. Suddenly I got a feeling inside me but before I could figure out what it was someone barged in.” FOR GODS SAKE YOU TWO. I CAN HEAR YOU ALL THE WAY IN THE HALL”

Nialls POV

Ouch did that bruise my ego a bit. I can’t believe she friendzoned me, I thought we had a connection. Finn isn’t good for her, but when he breaks her heart she will see I was the one that was right. “Well since you don’t like Finn, don’t bother even coming to the dinner.” She told me as she walked out the door. Oh no she didn’t. I went to Louis’ room and explained to him, what had just happened. “Well the only reasonable thing to do now is follow her to the restaurant and spy on her.” He explained to me. That didn’t see some reasonable but what other choice do I have at this point?
