~ 9 Chapter ~

Abbey Pov

- At the Football game -

I'm so happy, I watch as the guys run up and down the field, they are winning so far the score is 20 - 0. But that is not why I'm happy, Bethany isn't here at the game.

''So you and Niall,'' Perrie say to Nicole. '' There isn't a me and Niall,'' Nicole tell her, not take her eyes off the field.

''Why not,'' El question her, ''Because I just met him today, I don't want to rush into anything that could turn real ugly,'' Nicole answers.

''We just met and I'm your best friend already,'' I say to Nicole.

Nicole sighs,'' Yeah, but that is different.''

I look back at the girls, then back at Nicole,'' How.''

It takes a few moments for her to answer but she finally say,'' I don't know. What you and Harry, huh?''

''There isn't or ever will be a me and Harry,'' I sigh. ''Why not you guys are cute together,'' she asks.

''He is dating a she-beast,'' I look over at the girls,'' no offence.''

''None taken,'' Dani says. Shocked I say,'' I thought she was you guys' best friend.'' They start to laugh,'' No, we hang out with Bethany because she is dating Harry,'' Perrie tells me.

Our conversation is cut short when we hear the announcer,'' There is 10 seconds left and Harry Styles has the ball.''

We look towards the field and Harry is running the ball down the field. When he reaches the goal, he kicks the ball and it flies though the air. Right as the buzzer buzzes, the makes it into the goal.

- Few Minutes Later-

Everyone is in front of me and Harry as we walk to Nicole's house. '' I did great tonight,'' I tell Harry.

'' Well I try, I didn't want to lose when you were in the stands,'' he smiles. '' Yeah, I would have been really upset if you lost,'' I say.

''Abbey we have to go get ready for the party,'' Dani yells from the car. I nod in response,'' I have to go see you in a few,'' I say to Harry and walk off to the car.

'' I can't wait,'' Harry yells and that puts a smile on my face.

- Nicole's House -

I wait as the girls get ready and then the thought of my dad pops into my mind, he is going to kill me for not being home to cook for him.

Gosh I'm so stupid I knew I shouldn't have went to the football game.

''What are you wearing,'' Nicole interrupts my worrying thoughts. ''This,'' I ok down at what I'm wearing.

She shakes her head,'' Let me go get you something.'' When l try to say 'no thanks' she is already gone.

She comes back with a beautiful dress.

''Here I'll do your hair,'' El says as she gets the curling iron. ''And I'll do your make- up,'' Perrie says.

''Lets go I want to party,'' Perrie says and with that we go to the car.

- Niall's House -

We get there and the house is already over flowing with people. I was ditched by the girls, so I'm just standing around doing nothing.

''Not having fun,'' I hear a husky voice say. I around to see Harry,'' The girls ditched me.''

''Well good now I get to hang out with you,'' he smirks. I laugh,'' You are so cheesy.''

''I wasn't trying to be though,'' he says. ''Do you want to dance,'' he yells over the music, that starts to play.

''What,'' I laugh again. ''Do you want to dance,'' he asks again, but more slowly. I shake my head 'no'. Disappointment spreads across his face,'' Why?''

''First, don't you have a girlfriend. Second, I don't know how to,'' I say the last part quietly, because it is embarrassing.

Without a word he takes my hand and leads me to the living room, that has been made into a dance floor.

He puts my backside against his front side,'' Just move hips to the music, like this.'' I do as I am told and start to move my hips. I can feel Harry start to move with me as the music continues.

Feeling the music, slide down Harry then come right up. ''You're better than I thought,'' he says in my ear.

He turns me around to face him in one swift movement. We look into each other's eyes ,''You look amazing tonight,'' Harry says.

''You don't look bad yourself,'' I tell him and smile up at him. Out of no where he starts to lean into to me and without think in get on my tip-toes and our lips meet. Instantly our lips move in sync.

I don't know what I was thinking, I pull away and run off.
