You and I

* Abbey Pov *

I'm sitting in my mum' slap, watching the sunset with my bother, Jake and my daddy. "Will please the story again, please," I begged. I looked up at the beautiful woman above me. "Of course love. Once upon a time there was a beautiful Princess named Abbey. She had a big strong, brave Knight named Jake." I smiled up at my parents and my brother, I loved this story.

"Well the Princess was looking for her true love. So all the guys in the kingdom came to the castle for the Princess. But the Knight and the King knew none were good enough. One day, Prince Handsome-a-Lot traveled from far, far away."

"He came up to the castle, and for once the Knight let him in. The Prince ran to the Princess' room, when he got there he knelt down in front of the Princess and pulled out a ring. It was love at first sight, " Princess will you marry me, he asked. "Yes," she whispered, he placed the ring I her finger.

"On their wedding day the whole kingdom came to celebrate. The Knight and the King walk the Princess down the aisle to the Prince, she said. This is my favorite part of this story.

"And the wedding was amazing, there wasn't a dry eye in the crowd, then they lived HAPPILY ever after," I finished for her. By this time I couldn't keep my eyes open, my daddy kissed the top of my head and I was asleep.

{End of dream}

I woke and had tears running down my cheeks. It was only a dream well memory. I miss those days everything was perfect. After a few more minutes reliving the past my dad comes in stumbling and about to fall over. He smelt of alcohol and I knew he has been drinking a lot.

"Get up you bitch and make me breakfast, now," he yelled. I quickly went to the kitchen and start to make his breakfast. My dad has been acting like this since my mum died when I was 12. He has been worst since my brother left for college, he said he left for me but I don't believe it on bite. I just miss them both really bad.

After I was done I went to my room to get ready for school. I looked at the clock and it read 9:05. Shit I'm late, I grabbed my bag and ran out the door. The bad thing is I have to walk to school.
