Blowing Kisses

Sherri nor Carol ever pick up my phone calls. I have tried. I would give up anything for them t talk to me again. I want to be in Sherri's warm arms, as she is hugging me before she goes to work. I want to smell Carol's Justin Bieber "Believe" perfume again, that I have always hated. I just want to see them again. And I have been a bitch, leaving them. But I really want them to answer me. So I try calling them on Liam's phone.
"Hello?" A quiet voice asks on the other side. It was her. Carol.
"Carol? Its Penelope." I say nervously.
"Oh... how have you been?"
"Wait... you aren't mad?"
"Well yes I'm mad. But the other day I was on my period. So, I was extra hormonal." She laughs. I used to think her laugh was plain annoying. Now I am so grateful to hear it.
"Well, I'm fine. How are you and Sherri?"
"I'm okay. But Sherri... Sherri is kinda depressed. Her boyfriend broke up with her and you left her. So... you're a major bitch for not being here when she needs you most.”
“Tell her… I’m coming back. I can’t leave you guys.”
“Don’t bother. Bye Penelope.”
“Wait, Carol-” She hung up. As much as I love being with Liam, my family comes first. I just wish I had seen that before.
