Blowing Kisses

I walked up to Carol's door. I was a bit scared to knock. My hands were hesitating, because I didn't know what she was going to say. My cold knuckles finally pounded on the door. Carol slowly opened the door, and hugged me.

"Carol?" I ask, automatically hugging her back.
"Penelope. I missed you so, so much. I'm so sorry." She said, her voice cracking with tears.
"Why are you sorry? I should be sorry. I missed you too." I said, closing my eyes.
"Penelope. I'm leaving." She said, breaking away from the hug.
"What?" I ask, my smile fading.
"I have college." She says wiping her tears away. "Please don't be mad."
I smiled. "Of course not. I'm so proud of you Carol."
She smiled too. "Thank you. Keep in touch. Please.:
"You know I will." I am so happy that I decided to knock.

"Liam, I love you so much! Everything is okay now, and I know now, that I love you so much! Please call!" say, happily in the phone. I couldnt help but smile.
