Blowing Kisses

Penelope has not been the same since Liam left. She has been depressed and lonely, and the only time I ever see a smile on her face is when she sees Liam. I try to take her to concerts and Meet-and-Greets, but its not cheap. I work as much as possible to get money, but working at Nail Beauty, doesn't get me a lot.
