I would rate this story a 9. That is mostly because there is some drug use and smoking in it, which I am not a humongous fan of. The story starts off a little bit slow, but picks up a bit and gets more interesting as the story moves along. The plot is good, pretty unique, should I say so myself. I haven't read a story like this before and it is so interesting! I literally just spend the last 45 minutes reading it nonstop. Stories like these make me feel things I don't usually feel, like sadness and depression (bless my happy life). Those feelings make me feel more in tune with the characters, making me like the story better. Some of the only parts I was iffy about were the whole drug use/smoking/drinking thing, and the whole dad thing. I understand that it is part of the story, but it is soooo depressing, reading that. I still really like this story though, don't get me wrong. Punctuation and grammar are excellent, really easy to read.
