Liam's POV:

I saw Belle on the sidewalk once I opened my eyes cause I felt no pain, I start seeing blood starting to form in the sidewalk. I quickly rant o her and told her if she is ok, what the f#@! hell no she isn't ok she is freaken hurt Liam. I see her eyes slowly closing I quickly carried her bridal style while Louis is standing there in shock. How long has this been going on? Its 6:11 in the morning I started getting even worried if Louis did something worse when I wasn't here a while ago. I quickly closed the door and ran to my driver's seat and drove away as fast as I can, its already 6 minutes pass and I arrived the hospital. I ran out of the car and opened the door where Belle is passing out probably to her death. I started tearing up and carried her and ran in the hospitaL

" SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!! " I screamed. I see all the doctors and nurses look at me and widened their eyes and 4 nurses quickly ran to me .

One nurse had a stretcher and quickly ran to me and carefully put Belle on the stretcher. A doctor quickly put a flashlight on her eyes.

" Her pupils aren't reacting to the light " He said to the nurses, they quickly took her away. I started crying and a nurse told me she will be in a surgery for her head and she needed her information and her blood type. I simply nodded she patted my back gently and went to get papers.

I sat down remembering our memories together, Belle is like my little sister she has been their for me with my breakup with Danielle. Why would Louis do this to her what have she done. Then it hit me! Belle told me how Louis has been bothering her to stop studying and spend time with her, but she would say no and that the test is really big for her. She really wants to be a Doctor. I smiled through that thought till the nurse came and sat next to me to sign the papers, she is really kind and beautiful. She asked me if I need any questions to me her and tell her, I simply nodded and smiled lightly. She walked away and I wrote Belle's information its funny how I know her blood type. Simply thinking of blood made me feel a little sick just seeing the blood on the sidewalk made me feel scared and worried. I walked fast to the desk where the nurse was and gave it to her she thanked me I smiled.

I sat down of the chair and called Niall to find Louis cause its very urgent to find him and get him to his home, so when he is sobered up I can tell him what happened to Belle.

" Hello? " - Niall said in a sleepy tone.
" Niall, find Louis now! He is drunk and I need you to take him home with you "- I said
" Ugh why?! Why me?! " He said grumpily
" Cause Belle is in the F%$1ING HOSPITAL GET HER FREAKEN HEAD SOWED UP!! " - I screamed through the phone with the people in the hospital giving me nervous and shocked expressions.
" WHAT! OH SH%$3!! I'LL FIND HIM NOW ILL CALL YOU ONCE I FIND HIM" He shouted and hang up.

My head dropped thinking my little sister getting hurt by Louis when I wasn't their early. Tears pricked my eyes and I just let them flow out.

~ 6 hours later ~

I woke up from someone shaking me and it was a nurse I got up.

" Is Belle okay! Please tell me she is okay!! " I tried not to cry. She gestured me to sat down and I did so.

" Belle is fine... " She said with a smile, its like a freaken boulder just lifted off my chest. I hugged her and she giggled and hugged me back and I let go.

" Belle had her skull broken, we did our best but she lost a lot of blood and we thought we would lose her but we know we could do it. We did our amazing job to her head and she is fine now. But she needs rest because she needs her blood flowing through her whole body. " She told me I nodded and thanked her.

" Can I see her? " I asked her. She nodded she let me follow her and we went to the 2nd floor and two doors down at the left.

She opened the door and surprisingly it was bright the sun shining out and the air smelled fresh not dark and smelly. I looked at Belle and she is asleep and has a bandage on top her head. With small tubes in her body, I walked slowly and sat at the chair that's close to her. I grabbed her hand and gently squeezed it., the nurse left and in a couple minutes later I hear someone not and walk in. It was a Sober Louis with red eyes and tears spilling and a sad Niall. The hospital isn't far from Louis's place so Niall new Belle would be here. Louis looked at Belle with sorrow and regret in his eyes, he then fell on his knees and cried. Niall tried to comfort him but Louis cried more. Niall slowly picked up Louis and place him next to the chair that is across from me, he held her hand and cried even more. Its kills me seeing this Niall stood in front of the bed from Belle and had his head down. I suddenly felt someone squeeze me hand lightly, I looked and see that Louis felt it to and Belle started to open her eyes slowly.....
