oh shoot!what am i gonna tell her!this is my first boyfriend my family ever is going to see!well might as well tell her the truth!
"that is ...my ...new boyfriend"
she quirked an eyebrow at me probably surprised i even had a boyfriend.then she grinned ear to ear and squealed like a teenage girl:
"oh my god!about time!my baby girl's first boyfriend!!tell me everything!"
holy shit.
now i didn't expect that.she saw i was surprised too so she laughed and said:
"honey it's ok to have a boyfriend!i don't have a problem with it.what did you expect?me yelling at you and telling you not to see him?"
"no!...well yeah...but no!"
she chuckled again and said:
"ok,i'm gonna make some tea and i baked muffin's as you can see,you put some on a plate and i'm gonna bring the tea.go sit in the leaving room,i wanna hear all of it!"
i nodded my head and laughed at her behavior,seeing her like this was fun,i never thought she would be this okay with it!but looks like i don't even know my own mother.
i did as she told and grabbed some muffins and went in to the leaving room,not so long after my mother came in and sat next to me.she gave my cup and i thanked her after she took a sip of her own coffee she said:
"well?who is he?how old?do i know him?what does he do?"
"mom,don't forget this is my boyfriend"
"yeah i know now hurry up we don't have all day"
"well,you know Liyha right"
"of course i know liyha,she's a really nice girl"
"well he's her brother"
"well he's from a well mannered family,what's his name?"
"Zayn"
"hmm, zayn,Zayn,ZAYN,what's the meaning of his name?"
"now that i come to think of it i haven't asked him"
"well you should,so how old is he?"
"20"
"isn't he a little old?"
"mom!i'm 18"
"still 1 day left"
"well you don't have a problem with it do you?"
"well not if he's a good guy"
"mom,theres something you should know"
"what,does he do drugs?"
"what?!! of course not!!"
"well is he married?"
"MOM!!"
"sorry,what is it?"
"well,zayn is in a boy band.you know One Direction?"
my mom's face turned from a puzzled expression to realization and she said:
"your zayn is that zayn!!!"
wow my mother knows them and i didn't.just fucking great.
"well,are you not ok with it?"
"i don't know honey,it's just that these kind of people are not really relationship material and i don't want my baby girl to end up hurt"
"mom i understand,but zayn's different believe me"
"well might as well give the boy a chance,and i trust you,so you have a picture?"
"mom, google him"
"oh right..."
we kept on talking,not only about zayn but it lead to other things too.it was nice.i don't get to talk with my mother like this often.
but unfortunately,work came in the way again and she had to take a call or something.
i looked at the clock and saw it was about 8,i went upstairs and decided i might as well see some of my series.tomorrow even though it's tuesday,we don't have school due to some reason i cant remember,a holiday maybe,well whatever as long as we don't have school i don't care.
i decided to watch friends since it always cheers me up.i just love chandler.he's awesome.
i was watching my 3rd episode when i noticed my phone buzzing.i paused and grabbed my phone.it was a text from zayn:
"you sleep?"
i looked at the clock,it was about 10:00.i replied:
"nope,just watching something"
"what?"
"friends"
"i've never watched it"
"well your making a big mistake."
"i remember to watch it then"
"good choice,what are you doing?"
"nothing,i don't have anything to do here.and i have to say,sitting in my room,getting flashbacks of what we did a couple of hours a go,i have to say i'm missing you like crazy,maybe next time in my room,we can make even more memorable sights to remember ;) "
i blushed like crazy remembering what we did,i have a big hickey to remind me of it,i don't need zayn reminding me of it too.not only that,but memorable sights to remember?!oh god...
"shut up"
"come on,i know it felt good,your moans were enough to know that"
i can practically see that stupid smirk on his face from here.i decided to ignore it:
"you know it's getting pretty late i should go to sleep."
"ok babe,good night"
"thanks,you too zayn"
"oh and annabelle,since your birthday is tomorrow,Happy Birthday"
i smiled at the last message,tomorrow is my birthday!yay!
"thanks zayn"
after that i locked my phone and shut my laptop.i tuned off my lights,crawled in to my bed and drifted off.

next morning

i woke up around 8 in the morning.i was in a really good mood.well maybe it's because it's my birthday.
i did my usual ritual.shower,get dressed,hair.i decided to wear red,since it's my favorite color.This is my outfit.
after i was happy with the way i looked i grabbed my phone.i found out i had 8 messages.and about 40 notifications in all of my other social apps.
the messages were from:zayn,liyha,matt,jeremy,Avin,Atoosa,Shina,Tina.wishing me happy birthday.i smiled at the messages and i realized how much i miss my old friends.i wish they were here with me today.
i was scrolling through my phone and i wasn't paying attention to my surroundings.i went to the kitchen and i was surprised by some people yelling at me:
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY"
i jumped and looked at them.it was my parents,Jason,liyha And 4 of my best friends!!!all of them were here!!i screamed and ran to them while hugging them.they all hugged me back.of course i hugged liyha too.she's been my closest friend these last couple of months.i looked at my parents and jason and asked them:
"you guys did this?"
"well,yeah but it was Liyha's idea"
i hugged liyha again and told her:
"oh my god i love you!!!"
"well i knew you missed them and i thought it would be good to see them on your birthday so i called them."
atoosa said:
"Liyha's a really good friend you found Anne,nice,i really thought you were going to find a bitch for a friend,sorry for my language"
Avin said:
"atoosa you know that you called all of us a bitch right?since we're her friends"
atoosa said:
"oh right..."
Liyha laughed at them and said:
"you have funny friends"
"wait till they warm up to you"
shina said:
"come on,we only have one day!lets have some fun.Anne i know you know that there is going to be a party.so you know that we have until 5 to do what ever the hell we want,just tell us the word and we'll do whatever you want"
tina said:
"yeah it's your day and we're here to do what ever crazy stuff you want to do with you."
I thought for a moment and said:
"well,how about we go to a restaurant or something to talk and just have a good time"
avin said:
"ok then,lead the way"
we spent the whole day laughing and talking,seriously it was the best time i ever had.we were walking in the park and Atoosa was doing someone's impression and we were laughing our ass off.she's really good at this stuff,she should be an actor or something.
Shina all of a sudden asked:
"so...Anne,a little birdy told us you found a boyfriend"
i looked at Liyha and she said:
"what?!their your best friends they can know"
i said:
"i would've told them eventually,and yes i have a boyfriend"
Avin said:
"wow,really wow,you chat with me about song lyrics and you don't tell me you have a boyfriend"
"well i wanted to tell you guys face to face"
Tina said:
"what's done is done,now who is he?"
i said:
"Liyha's brother,Zayn"
they all nodded and looked to Liyha,then shina said:
"hey isn't your family name Malik,and zayn..."
Avin stopped in her tracks and shouted:
"HOLY SHIT!"
atoosa seemed to catch on and yelled:
"OH MY FUCKING GOD!"
Tina also yelled:
"YOUR BOYFRIEND IS A SINGER?!!"
shina said:
"AND YOU DIDN'T TELL US?!"
Liyha was laughing at their reaction.Avin said:
"how could you not tell us?!"
"well,i wanted too but you wouldn't have believed me"
"why wouldn't we believe you?"
"i don't know,it's just i thought what if they like them and they like hate me or something because i get to be with one of them and stuff"
avin continued:
"Annabelle King!how could you say that!we would never stop our friendship with you because of some band!!it's not like we're crazy for them,it's just weird to think our best friend is a singers girlfriend,and their not that good looking,no offense"
she looked at me and Liyha saying the last part.we shook our head meaning non taken.
Atoosa said:
"yeah Anne,we love you and no singer is going to stop us from being friends with you"
Shina said:
"yeah Anne,their just some guys we crush over sometimes nothing more!"
Tina said:
"i don't even like them that much,I only know about them because my cousin wouldn't shut up about them,oh you might want to stay away from her now"
i laughed at what Tina said about her cousin and hugged all of them,Liyha was standing away from us awkwardly scratching her hand,Atoosa saw this and grabbed her by her hand and dragged her towards us and we all hugged her too.
after we let go,Liyha said:
"oh my god it's already 4:30,time flies doesn't it!we should get you back now,and Anne it's supposed to be a surprise party so act surprised will you?"
i nodded my head and smiled at them,all 6 of us started walking towards my house.we were there about 5:10.we walked up to the door and Atoosa mouthed to me 'act surprise'.i nodded my head.i grabbed the door handle and told myself,here we go.

Notes

so the next chapter is going to be about the birthday party,oh and something is going to happen between one of annabelle's friends and one of the guys,who with who??
well you have to wait to find out probably i'll update in a few hours,oh and uhmm....it's kinda weird asking this but do you guys....would you guys like if i added like more....physically contact.tell me so i'll know to add or not.
sorry if the chapter was a little confusing by the way.
and the names of the girls are pronounce like this:
Shina ----> Sheeena not shayna or anything
Avin-----> well, Aveeen
Atoosa-----> well,Atoooosa
Tina---->i don't think this one need a pronunciation
