Demi's POV

This week has been horrible. The worst of my whole life. Niall isn't home for 6 days already and I am a fucking crying mess. I didn't sleep, eat, talk, move or even breathe through these days. I just...Everythings fucked up at the moment. This shit screwed up big time my relationship with Niall. Ugh, even to think of his name, I feel like punching a wall. Yeah, I'm a girl but in the conditions I am right now, just see me as a dude.

Niall's POV

This week has been the toughest of my life. I'm not sleeping home for 6 days already and I just can't stop crying like a pussy. I feel weak, even with my super-strengh, I can't lift a cup. I fucked all of this up. My relationship with Demi, me and Pria's bond and most of all, Harry's trust. This shit turned everything upside down. To even rewind what I did, I feel the urge of puking. I don't regret it but I feel stupid. I'm a vampire but right now, I look like a teenager girl.

Pria's POV

I lied down on the bed, staring at the ceiling. 'Change is never easy. You fight to hold on. You fight to let go' I thought. I felt soo sorry for Dem. It's how I felt when I heard from Jessie bitch that she and Harry kissed. But uh, it was worse for her. She saw it all. Niall wasn't home these past few days and I'm starting to get worried. I mean, yeah, at this moment, I feel like punching him for hurting my best friend and for kissing me while knowing I was with Harry but he was still a friend. I was interrupted from my thoughts when Harry came into the room.

''Hey'' He said, planting a kiss on my forehead.

''Hi'' I replied.

''What's wrong?'' He asked. Oh yeah, I still didn't say anything about the kiss to Harry.

''Nothing'' I lied. I didn't want this to become even harder for me.

''I know when you're lying to me Pria'' He looked at me with red eyes. Dear God, please no.

''Do you know where Niall is?'' I asked.

''Yes. He's been staying at a friends house. Why?'' He stood up.

''It's just I was worried about him'' I looked away. Yes I was worried about him but also wanted to make Niall and Dem get back together.

Harry's POV

I know she's lying to me. But, why should she? She's hiding something from me and it involves Niall in it.

''Pria, I will ask you one more time. What's going on? Your head has been in the clouds, Demi looks like she has a trauma and Niall is away at a friends house. Nothing makes sense. Please Pri, tell me'' I begged.

''I-I can't'' She stuttered. Enough! That's enough!

''Then I'll go and ask Demi'' I started walking to the door. She grabbed my arm and twisted me around.

''You dare to go try her and you'll see...'' She tried threatning me.

''If you remember sweetie, I'm a vampire. I can kill you in a minute'' I warned her.

''And were talking about my best friend. That's a motive for me to get really mad. I will cut your dick and shove it down your throat if you go'' She looked at me straight in the eyes.

''Is it soo wrong that I talk to her?'' I shouted. Jesus, what's wrong with everyone.

''She's a piece of glass right now Harry. If you play with her, she'll break into a million pieces. She's fragile for the meanwhile'' She softened.

''I'll be gentle don't worry'' I told her.

''Don't even go near her. I'l tell you if you promise not to talk about it with Demi'' She hold out her pinky and I locked mine with hers.

''You remember Sunday when Niall took me to Nando's?'' I nodded my head.

''While Demi was in the bathroom, Niall and I sorta kissed'' She looked down. How could she? After saying she loved me!

''Get out!'' I screamed at her.

''Wait. He kissed me! And I backed off and walked out of Nando's with Demi. She's been crying the whole week because she saw it all with her eyes. Since that, we never saw Niall again'' She explained. That son of a bitch!

''So, you now want me to tell you where he is right?'' I assumed.

''Yes. I will try to reason them. Look, I know you must be very angry at him right now but he's one of your best friends Hazza. I shouldn't be the motive of a misunderstanding between you two'' She put her palm over my cheek and carresed it. I kissed her gentle and calmly because watching your best friend suffer, is the worst experience of all. I know by personal experience.

Niall's POV

I was on the couch day-dreaming when I heard the bell ring. I lazily got up and walked up to the door. I opened it and gasped at who was in front of me. Harry and Pria.

''What are you doing here?'' I asked.

''Picking you up to drive you home. You're making it up with Demi'' Pria flashed one of her biggest smiles.

''Guys, I appreciate it but she probably doesn't want to see me'' I shrugged my shoulders.

''Hazza, can you wait in the car?'' She asked.

''Sure. Be back in five'' He said before sprinting away to the car.

''Can I come in?'' She looked at the living room over my shoulder.

''Of course'' I said, stepping away so she could come in. We both sat down on the couch in an awkward silence until she sighed and looked at me.

''I know what you did was an impulse but it just doesn't go far beyond being a mistake. Demi, oh poor Dem has been crying all week. Not because of you hurting her but because you didn't even try to fix things between you. No, instead you were an asshole and ran away from your problems. Let me ask you something. Are you weak?'' She said.

''No'' I wasn't lying. The vision of Demi crying made me strong. Not because it was a good thing. But because it gave me the strenght to get up and reach for her.

''Well show it. Because the weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong'' She said.

I stood up and ran to my bedroom, collecting everything and packing up. I went downstairs and didn't see Pria. 'Maybe she's waiting already in the car' I thought. I walked out of the house but didn't see Harry's car. Now I got it. When she was asking me if I was strong, she really meant it. 'Be strong for Demi'. And with that, I sprinted the fastest I could with my backpack towards home. I was going to get her back.

Demi's POV

I was lost in my thoughts, staring outside of the window, hoping Niall would suddenly show up and rescue me. Suddenly I remembered a line from The Lord of The Rings. 'We're our own dragons as well as our own heroes, and we have to rescue ourselves from ourselves'. Niall wouldn't rescue me from unhappiness. He would enable me to move back from it a little. Be a distraction from it. But the real key to be truly free is acceptance. Acceptance of ourselves, of the ones we love, of our mistakes. When someone hurts you, cry a river, build a bridge and get over it! I accepted the reality that Niall might like someone else. All of a sudden, saw a figure sprinting outside. Niall! I ran outside the door and saw him standing paralyzed in front of it. I stopped for a second to realize what was going on. He was scared. Of me. I walked up to him.

''I missed you. I accept the fact you made a mistake. I rescued myself when I saw you. I'm the hero and you're my sword'' I shut up and kissed him. He din't move at first but then he melted into the kiss, making it up for the days he hasn't been around. We pulled away and hugged.

''I was such an idiot. I was trying to run away from my problems when in fact,there was no problem. I love you and I'm sorry for what I made you go through'' He kissed my forehead and looked directly into my eyes.

''I love you too'' I said, melting inside for every little word he said.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo emotional this scene <3. Anyways, I might not be uptading for a whole week. Yeah, you heard it, a whole week! I'm travelling to Paris and I'm staying there for a week and well, the city never sleeps (neither do I) and I usually party all night so I might not have time to write even one chapie :( I'm sorry
