Hanging By A Moment

Harry's POV:

I thought everything was all good...

But to her they weren't.

I sat in bed with the photo Mum had given me. It was my first photo with the twins, our first photo as a family; me, Jacob, Taleiah and Sammie.'Why?' I asked myself as I rubbed my thumb over the photo. Why did they leave? Did I do something wrong? Why does it feel like my life isn't supposed to have a happy ending? This felt ten thousand worst than the 1st time Sammie left because this it wasn't just her that left but also the children. My children.

'Hey man' I heard Zayn's voice. I turned around and he was approaching me. 'Have you heard from her?' I asked as he took a seat next to me. It was Zayn that told me that they'd left the UK yesterday. 'No' he sighed. 'She didn't leave a contact number' he said. If only I didn't threw her phone out, I would have still had her number. She also told Zayn they weren't going to be in LA, which made it harder for me to try and find them. I thought for sure, LA would be the most likely place I'll find them....but then maybe that's why they didn't head back there.

Because she knew I'd follow them there.

One week later

We were in LA, at out last interview for the week. After today, work was done and we had the rest of the week off. Which I was originally looking forward to.....but now there was nothing really to look forward to.

'So what are you boys up to for the rest of the week?' the radio host asked.

'Got the rest of the week off' Niall answered.

'Have you got any plans?' the host asked.

'We're going to explore your beautiful city tomorrow' Louis replied enthusiastically. Probably them but not me. I'll be in the hotel in my room, just like every time we'd had some free time.

I'm in sunny LA, but nothing about the weather improved my mood.

I'm in LA where Sammie and the children lived, but yet they weren't here.

I was looking forward to be here but now I'm not.

Tomorrow is the twin's birthday. Their 1st birthday and I won't be there to celebrate that special milestone in their life.
