Hanging By A Moment

Samantha's POV:
After a week in the hospital, I was finally allowed to go home with my twins. Laut and Nina had to leave for work commitments and Mum, Dad and Allanah flew back to London.



'You guys don't have to stay' I told Perrie and Zayn as we walked in the house. I had Jacob in my arms while Perrie carried Taleiah (Taleeyah). 'No, it's cool. The tour had already ended, so we haven't got much scheduled for the next couple of months' Zayn told me as he carried the bags with Anna.

We all went into the living room and Perrie and I sat together and rocked the twins in our arms. 'Are their rooms ready?' Zayn asked as he sat on the opposite couch. 'Yes!' Anna exclaimed. 'They are?' I creased my eye brow. 'I got the designer to finish them up while you were in the hospital' Anna informed me. 'So that's why every time we'd go shopping for the baby you would always pick half blue and half pink' I tilted my head slightly to the left. Every time I had my ultrasound Anna came along with, she and the doctor were the only one that knew about the babies gender. 'I just thought we were doing that because you were trying not to make it obvious if the baby was a girl or a boy. I'd never think I was gonna have twins' I let out a small laugh. 'By the way your Mum got you this' Anna showed me an album. 'So you can record the twin's characteristics and the first time they talk, crawl....you know all those baby stuff' she explained.

'Wait are they identical twins?' Zayn creased his eyebrows. 'Babe, it's a boy and a girl, how can they be identical' Perrie chuckled. 'How long are their time difference?' Zayn asked. 'Jacob was born 1:48 seconds earlier' I answered.

'Ohh, look at those sweet, puffy, brown eyes. They look just like your eyes Sammie' Anna sat next to me and played with Jacob's tiny fingers. 'Let's hope they both get your hair as well' she added. 'Aheem-' she did a fake a cough. 'No curly hair' she mumbled. 'Anna' I let out a small laugh knowing who she was referring to.

'Wait, Taleiah has green eyes' Perrie divulged.

'Nooo way' Anna uttered in disbelief. We all turned our heads to Taleiah and I shuffled closer on the couch as I held Jacob. I stared into Taleiah's eyes; her green, piercing, orbs.'Wait green eyes as in green eyes like-' Zayn quickly changed the direction of his respond. 'Like green eyes' he smiled. 'Did he just smile, he just smiled at me' Anna pointed at Jacob. I turned my head back down to Jacob who mesmerised me by his smile.

I gasped at another surprise.

'Jacob has a dimple on his left cheek' I looked back up at Anna then Perrie then Zayn. 'Taleiah also has one but it's on her right cheek' Perrie informed me.

'Please, someone just say it' I uttered. There was silence in the room as everyone hesitated to talk about him.

'His got strong genes' Zayn bravely spoke.

Perrie started to sing her own song 'It's in his DNA.....D-D-D-DNA'

Harry's POV:
'Zaynnn' I heard the boys create a commotion downstairs. I got out of bed and headed down. Zayn arrived with Perrie and the lads, Dani and El were all in the lounge talking to them.

'Do you have photos?' I heard El asked as I descended the stairs.

'Oh my gosh, yes' Perrie took out her camera.

'So was it a boy or a girl?' Dani asked eagerly

'How come you guys didn't call us after the birth?' Liam looked a bit hurt.

'What's the baby's name?' Louis interrupted

'When can we visit?' Niall asked.

'Oh hey, Haz' Zayn waved at me when he realised my presence in the room. 'Hey' I smiled with lips closed. 'Harry, do you wanna see the photos, they're so cutee' Perrie got up to walk towards me.




'Maybe later, I'm about to go out' I retreated for the kitchen.
