Hanging By A Moment

Harry's POV:
'So what are we ordering?' Liam asked as we sat at the Grill. 'I actually miss Niall at times like this' El spoke as she flipped through the menu. 'You mean at times of food' Dani chuckled. 'Well, I'm sure Niall doesn't miss you at all because his out on a date' Louis poked his tongue at Eleanor. I checked the time on my watch.'Haz,it's only been thirty minutes' Zayn placed a hand on my shoulder and I exhaled loudly . 'Who do you think Sammie's date is?' Dani turned to El. 'Yeah, that guy who bought her was biding for someone, he was on the phone the whole time' Liam said. 'Maybe it's James Franco.... or Zac Efron' El shot her index finger up in the air. 'Or Ryan Gosling' Dani suggested. Both the girls gasped in excitement. It was irritating me not just because Sammie was on a date with another boy, but also because I had no idea who it was.

Samantha's POV:
'Oh my gosh' I chuckled still unable to believe the situation. He walked up to me and hugged me. 'Hey Sam' he called me by the nickname only he called me by. 'I've missed you Laut' I called him by the nickname I gave him and he lifted me of the ground. 'I've missed you too babe' Taylor placed me back on the ground.

'Wait, shouldn't you be chained up or something? You might go all werewolf on me' I giggled. 'It's not a full moon' he joked along. 'Well come on I only have you for 4 hours' he wrapped his arm around my neck and tried to lock me in for a headlock. He still treated me like I was a younger brother to him. 'Wow this is your ride?' I gasped when I saw the BMW. 'Yup' he replied and opened the door for me. 'So were are we going?' I asked as we drove. 'You'll see' he smiled.

Laut and I have been friends for 5 years now. We started being friends when I was just starting my career and he had just filmed the first Twilight franchise.We were really close, he was like my best friend during the times Zayn was busy with the global success/craziness of one direction taking over the planet.

'Is this your house?' I looked out the window to the beautiful single story house, it wasn't big like our place in London. It was small and simple but very luxurious. We got out of the car and he led me inside his house. 'Here take a seat' he pulled the chair on the dining table. 'Wow' I said as I walked towards the table for two, set up with food and candles. 'Did you make all these?' I pointed at the banquet. There was fettuccini, chicken parmigiana and Greek salad, they were all my favourite food. 'No just the salad' he laughed.'So, what? You knew you were going to win me at the auction?' I smirked. 'Nope, but I was determined to' he chuckled. 'I've really miss you Laut' I smiled at him. 'I have too' he reached out for my hand across the table. 'That's why I bided for you, so you could at least spend 4 hours out of your busy schedule to fit me in' he rolled his eyes at my work commitments. 'I'm sorry things has just been crazy lately' I apologised for our lack of communication since I moved to London. 'Don't worry we have time to talk about those crazy stuff later, first let's eat I'm hungry' he started to grab some fettuccine.

After dinner he took me out to the backyard. 'What's this?' I gasped when I saw the pool surrounded by petals and candle lights.'Well this is a date right' he mentioned. 'I don't want you to go tell Harry, I took you at a shitty date' he chuckled. 'What? You know?' I turned to look at him. 'Yup! Why don't we go for a swim and talk about it while were in the pool' he suggested. 'But I didn't bring any clothes' I declined. He brought forward a Forever 21 bag from behind him. 'Don't worry I did your shopping' he handed me the bag. 'You know me too well' I smiled at the yellow bag. 'The bathroom is the third door from the kitchen, there's towels in there. I'll wait for you here' he said and I left to go inside the house. I changed to the bikini that was in the shopping bag and wrapped a towel around my body as I headed back out.

'Sam, don't worry it's heated' he assured me as he was already in the pool. I slowly dipped my legs in and jumped down to the warm water. 'It feels just like the first time' he said as I paddled my arms towards him. 'It sure does' I chuckled. The first time we met was at a local pool downtown Los Angeles, I was there stressing about how I was going to make my career successful. While at the time, he had just became famous after 'Twilight', so he was able to give me some advice. He told me to always stay optimistic and never give up or give in. And that's probably what got me to where I am now.

'So, I heard you went to the game last night' he laughed. 'Yeah, I took Harry with me' I replied. 'Laut, remember the last time we were there?' I laughed. 'You wanted to see Sara on the Clipper's cheer squad remember?' I smirked. 'Hey I wanted to watch the game as well' he objected. 'Naah-ah' I shook my head. 'You wanted to cheer for you girlfriend who's a cheerleader who cheers for the players' I laughed.'Whatever' he splashed water on my face. I splashed water back at him and swam away as he tried to swim after me.

After we got tired from swimming we decided to sit by the pool side and eat dessert 'This is really good' I exclaimed as I ate my favourite, chocolate strawberry mouse cake. 'Okay, this I made' he said proudly. 'So how long have you and Sara been together?' I asked. 'Umm nearly a year, I think' he replied as he ate his cake. 'Laut it's so cute that despite your celebrity status, you still manage to go back to your first love' I smiled at how cute his love story was. 'You know what they say, first love never dies' he chuckled. 'How about you, when's the wedding?' he asked. 'In a month and a half' I replied. 'WOW' he gasped. 'His really the one?' he asked. 'Yeah' I smiled. 'Well, I'm happy for you Sam' he placed an arm around my back and pulled me in for a hug. 'We better get going, I don't want your fiancé to think I kidnap you' he laughed.

I went to get changed in the bathroom while he headed in his room. When I finished getting change I looked for him in his room but he wasn't in there. I went to the front of the house and I saw him in the garage. 'You still have your motorcycle?' my face lit up when I saw the vehicle. 'Yeah' he smiled. 'Can we ride it?' I begged him. 'Are you sure, Harry's not going to send me some kinda warrant for letting you on a motorcycle' he asked worried. I showed him my best puppy eyes and wore my best smile.

'Fine' he rolled his eyes. 'Here put this on' he handed me a helmet and I clipped it on. 'And this, you'll get cold' he draped a leather jacket around my shoulder and I inserted my arms through the sleeves. He zipped up the zip and then rubbed my shoulders up and down. He took my bag and the forever 21 bag and placed it in the compartment under the seat. Laut jumped on the motorcycle and I sat behind him, he lifted up the stand with his foot and clenched his hands on the handles. 'Hold on Sam' he said as the motorcycle roared. I wrapped my arms around his waist and the vehicle took off. I felt the cool air around me as we tackled the incoming wind.

After 30 minutes, he slowly pulled over at the Grill. He hopped of first then helped me get down. 'Here, let me do that' I tilted my head up as he unbuckled my helmet. 'Thanks' I said when he removed it off. I took of his jacket and he handed me my things. 'I had so much fun tonight Laut' I smiled. 'Probably the best date I've had to pay for' he chuckled. We looked up as we heard the clock at the Grill striked at midnight.

'Look's like this is were we part ways Prince Charming' I giggled. 'Nope, not until midnight kiss' he chuckled. He moved forward and tilted his head for my left cheek. He placed a delicate kiss on it then wrapped his arms to hug me. 'I really did miss you' I muttered as I hugged him back. 'I missed you to Sam' he replied and swayed me side to side as we hugged. 'I think there's people watching us' he pulled away and I turned around to the restaurant and saw the lads and El and Dani looking at us. 'I'll walk you in' he said and wrapped his arm on my neck and once again tried to get me in a headlock as we walked towards the restaurant.
