Showdows of My Heart

We kind of just stare at each other for awhile. There is a moment of silence and staring, but for some reason, it wasn't awkward. After about two minutes of since, the boys break into the room laughing and messing around. "Shh." Niall sounds to them. The boys become quite and they all point their eyes at me. "I'm fine. You can be as loud as you want." I say to the boys. "Hi. I'm Harry." Harry speaks to me in his charming voice. "Hi, I'm Kandy." I say back. All the boys come around me and introduce themselves to me. "Can I talk with her alone?" Niall ask. I become a little worried and think he is mad because I wasted his time. Before I have the chance to say anything, the boys skip right out of the room leaving only me and Niall. "Look, I'm sorry for whatever trouble I've caused you. I didn't mean to slip. I didn't even know you were sitting next to me!" I say before Niall can get any words out. Niall laughs his irish laugh and speaks, "I wasn't going to yell at you. I just wanted to talk to you alone. I don't really get to talk to fans often. Also, I know I've seen you at one of my concerts. It was in the summer. I remember because you had that sign with glow paint and it said 'I love Niall'." I sit there with relief that Niall isn't mad. I remember that day. I was going to his concert and I made a sign. They were showing around the stadium and I held up my sign. They only showed it for two seconds while passing to get to the next section, but it was just long enough for Niall to see. He glanced over at the section I was seated in and I can tell he was looking for something. I was still holding my sign and Niall looked right at me. He smile and I smiled and it was amazing. People said that he just looked in the general area but not at me. "I remember that day." I say to Niall with a smile. Niall smiles back and I can tell he remembers it just as well as I do. "I wanted to know if you wanted to hang out sometime? You could come to my show next week and we could go to the after party. Would you like to go?" Niall ask me. I'm completely surprised. Why would he want to be caught with a 14 year old? Everything people have said comes back into my head, but this time it's tolerable. Everything my "friends" said was just a lie. I know he saw me, I knew if I tried hard enough I would meet him, even though I didn't plan on meeting him like this. "Sure. Sounds fun!" I respond to Niall's invitation. We both sit there not knowing what to do. "I'm hungry!" Niall yells. Niall takes the wheel chair next to the bed, picks me up, than sets me down into it. He pushes me in the chair racing down the halls and past the boys as we go to the cafertia.
