Lala Land *BEING REDONE*

Surprise?

Waiting outside of the mall were the paparazzi. Shocker. I noticed they were surrounding a parked limousine.

"That's our ride," Taylor pointed to the limo in a giddy manor.

Why are we taking a limo? Where was the van? I thought we were trying to keep this on the download, well all of us but Holly were. I raised my eyebrows, "What's going on?"

"Calm yourself, you'll find out," Holly rolled her eyes.

"Shall we, Ladies?" Taylor held out both of her elbows. I locked my arm with one of Taylor's arms as Holly attached herself to Taylor's other arm. We smiled at the paparazzi as we walked over to the limo and climbed in. Who knew paparazzi could be so pushy? I mean, some of them were climbing on top of each other trying to get pictures of us.

The limo ride was quiet until I could feel my phone vibrating. I looked down at the phone to see Ryann was calling me. Dang it, she's pissed that I haven't called her.

"Hello?" I answered my phone.

"Where have you been?!" Ryann snapped.

"I'm sorry Ryann, but-" before I could finish, Holly snatched my phone out of my hand and hung up on Ryann. "HEY!"

"You won't be needing this. It's only a distraction," Holly smirked as she put my phone into her purse.

"She's right, you know?" Taylor raised her eyebrow.

"That's the thing. I don't know! You guys won't tell me anything! Can you at least give me a hint?"

"What, the dress wasn't a big enough hint for you?" Holly scoffed, pointing to the dress that laid across my lap.

Taylor put her hand on my knee. "I would tell you Lexington, but it'd only ruin the surprise."

"Okay, fine, I'll shut up." The last thing I wanted to do was ruin anything. So if I have to shut my mouth and wait, then so be it.

"I trust you guys won't give away our location," Taylor said before opening the door of the limo. Holly may have nodded her head along with mine, but I don't trust her one bit. She's gonna find a way to screw them over, I just know it.

I got out of the limo behind Holly and Taylor. I looked down at my shirt, tugging at it to fix the wrinkles the limo caused. I heard a gasp come out of Holly's mouth and I finally looked up to see it. We stood before a beautiful and private pool house. The thing had to be about the size of five regular houses combined. The walls of the extraordinary house are white and the roof that sat on top of it is a smokey grey.

Outlining the door is a plant called Wisteria that I remembered reading about in English last year. The captivating purple flowers hung like hundreds of bunches of grapes, all around the doorway.

Some trees surrounded the area. It seemed there were only two Weeping Willows while the rest of the trees were Hop Trees. The Weeping Willows were beautiful as they stood tall, creating a massive amount of shade beneath them. The Hop Trees had small, mellow yellow flowers that sat together like bouquets.

Here and there, you can spot Alliums in the grass. These are one of my favorite plants. The astonishing magenta flowers stood proud and tall remind me of lollipops or even cake pops.

This is a dream house. Wait, is this a dream? There's no way I can be awake right now. I was so focused on my surroundings that I hadn't noticed Taylor remove my dress from the limo and walk to the front door.

"The paparazzi may not be here right now, but they know where we've been staying. I just hope you guys don't tell the people at your school about this place." Taylor continued to talk as we walked into the house. The house was so spacious and neat. "The boys had their stuff gathered and taken to a hotel with them. They were sure to give us privacy while we got ready."

I nodded my head, but I couldn't speak. How is this real? Taylor lead Holly and I to a bedroom. Everything in the room was either a pale pink or a white color.

"This is my bedroom, and this is where we'll be getting all fancied up."

Her room was so pink, it was ridiculous. I love pink, but this room makes me want to throw up. I feel like I'm overdosing on the color. Wait. Did she say it's just her room? As in her and Harry don't sleep in the same bedroom?

Taylor handed me my dress and pointed to a closed door that was in her room. "Lexington, take your dress and change in the bathroom. Holly and I will get all of the makeup and accessories ready."

As crazy as all of this was, I did as I was told and opened the bathroom door. This room was almost plain compared everything else here. Everything in here is white, minus the silver faucet that hung over the sink and marble (grey and white) tile on the floor.

I removed all of my clothes except for my undergarments. Then, I slid the dress onto my body, pushing my head and arms through the correct holes. I took a second to take a good look at myself in the mirror. This is me, this is reality. I don't know what I did to deserve all of this kindness and attention. I've seriously have done nothing but been a bore all of my life. I hate to admit it but the reason my life is so boring is because of me and my choices. I choose not to go out much, I choose to sit at home watching Neflix and eating Oreos, I choose to be who I am. So why is this happening? Why am I getting what I've always wanted?

A sudden knock interrupted me from my thoughts. "Yo, Reed, are you done in there?"

"Yeah, come in," I said to Holly.

Holly opened the door and revealed herself in her multicolored green dress. When I say multicolored green, it's because there must be three different shades of green on that thing. The top of her dress was the darkest colored green with a "St. Patrick's Day" color going on. The bottom of her dress was a "Granny Smith's Apple" green that was ruffled. The ruffles stopped about five inches above her knee in the front and flowed to the floor in the back. On the inside of the ruffles was a silky and shiny fabric that laid straight and was colored a shade darker than the "St. Patrick's Day" color. Above the ruffles lay a line of jewels that acted as a belt, separating the two greens. Her dress kind of reminded me of Sharpay's dress in High School Musical. Bop to the top!

I must've been in the bathroom for a while if she was dressed. Did she bring that with her giant makeup kit? Why is she wearing a dress too anyways? This is annoying.

"I like your dress," I half smiled at her. I was still kind of sad from the thoughts I was having a minute ago.

"Well if you're done drooling over it, we have some work to do," Holly grabbed my wrist and dragged me back into Taylor's room.

Taylor was wearing a robe so it's obvious she plans to change into a dress as well. Holly pushed me backwards so I'd fall onto Taylor's bed. She groaned at the fact that I fell to my back rather than just sitting down like a normal person. I'm tired, we've been having a long and crazy day and I just wanted to take a break.

"Sit up," Holly demanded. I rolled my eyes and did what I was told.

"All you have to do is sit here and let us work our magic," Taylor grinned while walking to over to me with makeup remover. I guess my makeup wasn't good enough for her.
She wiped my face clean and threw the cloth into the trash. Holly picked up some concealer and held it to my face to see if it matched my tan skin.

"Wait, you're doing my makeup?" I was not about to have her ruin my face.

"Taylor will be doing your eyes and I'll be doing the rest. Is that a problem?" She tapped the concealer bottle against her hand, annoyed.

"Yeah I do actually." I can't believe my mouth. I'm gonna get jumped by her.

"Listen, believe it or not, I'm doing something nice for you. So you're gonna shut your mouth and suck it up. Got it?" I watched her teeth grind and her hands make fists.

I looked at Taylor who just shrugged, "She's helping out so I can put on my dress. It'll be easier with the time we have."

"Okay, fine," I let out a sigh and cued Holly to continue.

After they both did my makeup, Taylor had called her hair stylist to take care of all of our hair. Of course, we were short on time so the hair stylist had to bring back up.

My stylist didn't want to do too much because she loved the way my hair looked laying down. All she did was take a hair curler and have my hair lay in waves. My bangs waved out and met with the rest of the small waves in my hair. Then, the stylist placed a silver and black headband on my head, so it laid an inch away from my forehead and rested below the back of my head. The headband looked like two tiny silver ropes that were braided with a tiny black rope. The black blended in with my hair, almost looking to be a part of it.

"You look amazing," Taylor squealed as she grabbed both of my hands, waving them up and down. Taylor's hair had only been curled like she regularly curls it. Taylor was now wearing her dress as well. I remember this dress from a photo shoot she had. It's a burnt orange colored dress that showed slight cleavage and ended at her knees. The dress had small straps that were hidden underneath Taylor's curls. She also wore chocolate brown cowboy boots that had hints of caramel colored streaks on them.

"Not bad, Reed," Holly said as she leaned against the doorway. Holly had her hair in wavy curls and put into side ponytail that rested on her shoulder. Holly's hair tie was hidden by a strand of hair that had been wrapped around it and pinned to place. The bottoms of her bangs were slightly curled as well. She looked pretty stunning. I noticed that Holly was also now wearing some jade heels to go with her dress.

"You're gonna need these," Taylor said handing me a pair of silver pumps. The shoes appeared glittery, but had a smooth surface. The heel of the pumps were covered in silver rhinestones and it sat on top of a black tip. The black tip matched the color of the bottom of the pumps.

"No I can't take these," I handed them back to Taylor. This is all crazy. I wasn't about to let Taylor hand me her heels. So many emotions ran through my head and it was all so overwhelming.

She seemed kind of hurt, "Why not?"

"You guys have don't so much for me. I just can't take those. This is all just so much," I plopped onto Taylor's bed.

She grabbed my wrist and pulled me up to face her as she sat beside me. "Lexington, I want you to wear them."

"How am I going to get them back to you?" I was still making excuses.

"We're coming back here afterwards. You don't need to worry about that," she smiled.

"Alright guys, chop chop. It's time to go," Holly tapped her imaginary watch.

Taylor handed me the heels again, raising her eyebrows at me questionably. I sighed before I took them and slipped them onto my feet. Then, we got back into the limo and were on our way to wherever we were going.

Why are we at school? Why are people dressed up?

"Welcome to our Homecoming, Taylor," Holly smiled at her.

Our Homecoming! That's right! I forgot about it. That's where we've been going all along? I can't believe it. Great. Ryann, Carly and Graham were planning on coming here. If Ryann sees me, I'm dead. All thanks to Holly. Bitch.

"Come on, Reed." Speaking of the bitch. She grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the limo to join her and Taylor. We walked into the building receiving both shocked looks and glares. I don't know if the glares were jealousy or hatred, but I wasn't liking it either way.

"I'm uh, going to show Taylor around. Later Reed." Holly walked off, pulling Taylor with her. What am I supposed to do? Well gee, this is fun.

"You look amazing," a deep voice said from behind me. When I turned around to face him, I didn't recognize him.

This guy had a big black Afro. I don't know anyone with Afros. And he was wearing sunglasses? Why on earth would you wear sunglasses to a dance? Why would you even wear sunglasses indoors? I have to say he did look good in a tux. It was a regular black tuxedo, but with a shiny purple vest under the jacket. Although, his bow tie seemed to be a little crooked and it was bothering me.

"Thanks," I barely managed to crack a smile.

He leaned in closer to me, and put his mouth by my ear, his Afro tickling my cheek. "Quite ravishing, actually." Wait, I know that voice.

Harry?
