Am I Really Your's?

4. School

"Honey...wake-up. It's your first day of school!"

"Alright....I'm up," she always comes at the worst times, always in the middle of one of my best dreams. This time it had to do with a few certain people next door.

"Do you need a ride? I don't have to work till ten."

"Oh ummm....no that's fine mom. One of the boys offered to bring me." I say remembering bits and pieces of my dream.

"Alright then. Come down when your ready for breakfast."

What do I wear to school around here? It's too cold out to wear a dress. I end up picking out my nicest pair of skinny jeans and a dressy shirt. When I put it on and step back to look at myself in my full length mirror, I hear a whistle. I look to the side and out my window and all the guys are staring over with big grins on their faces. I wave hello and go into the bathroom to straighten my hair and do my make-up.

"Hey mom, how do I look?" I ask. I have on dark jeans with a gray sweater with little swirlie designs on it. To top it off, I have my brown leather boots with gray boot covers popping out at the top.

"You look perfect as always hun!" she says smiling. I eat my waffle and brush my teeth and right when I get down the stairs with my back pack, Niall comes and knocks on the door.

"Perfect timing Niall!" I say smiling at him. "By mom! I'll text you after school! Loves!" I yell into the house unaware of where she is. Niall leads me out to his car parked over at Harry's house. All the other boys are just now loading up into a blue truck with Louis and Zayn in the back trunk part.

"Hey girl! You look mighty fine today!" I blush a little at Louis's remark.

"Don't make me blush!" I say a little giddily. He smiles back and I get into Niall's car. It smells like he cleaned it this morning with a hint of cologne. I love that he did that for me.

"So if you don't meet anybody on the first day, your always welcome to come sit with us if you'd like. There's some other girls that sit at the same table as well," Niall says politely.

"AWWW! Thanks Ni! Your so sweet!" I say pinching his cheek. That was a bold move, especially after him trying to kiss me yesterday.

He smirks and at the same time intertwines his fingers with mine. I smile a little, but I'm not sure how I feel exactly. He is honestly one of the cuter ones, but I'm not sure I want to hunker down with somebody quite yet. I haven't even seen the other guys at school.

We get to the parking lot and park next to the other guys in their truck. Louis gets out of the truck and comes and opens my door for me.

"Thank you!" I say excepting his hand to help me out.

"No problem love! And just for the heads up, all the guys are gonna be flirting with you, and all the girls are either gonna hate you, or love you. And some will only want to be friends with you to get to us...be warned!" he says.

"Kay?"

"I'm just saying be careful who you befriend because once people see you with us, the swarms will come." Louis winks at me and we start toward my new High School. Immediately I see what Louis was talking about. As the gang walks me into the office, I either get awful glares or forced cheeky smiles from the girls. The boys start to wink and some even whistle!
Everyone gets their schedule for the trimester and I find out lockers are assigned by who you come in with, so since I walked in with Louis, Harry, and the guys, we all have lockers lined up with each other. My number is 590, then it's Harry's locker and the others next to him. on my left is a girl putting her name in duck tape in her locker. Hopefully I can get atleast her to be nice or maybe even a friend.

"Hi! I'm Star! Uhhh, do you know where Mrs. Heartthorne's class is?" I ask trying to get her to talk to me, but then a group of girls come surrounding her and start to whisper and point toward the handsome five next to me.

"Hey Star, common. Let's get to first period," Louis says.

"Alright." I nod and get my stuff and head off to math with a cute guy at my side. I think I could get used to this.
