Keep Me Safe

Emma’s POV
“Emma Page, we have had challenges get thrown at us and I want us to face it all together, because you make me happy and, I want nothing more than to love you and keep you safe. Will you please be my girlfriend?” Niall said. I was left speechless and my heart started beating faster. I had a feeling that he might ask me out but, it still caught me off guard. Everything he said was worded perfectly and had so much more meaning to me than he will ever know. I wanted to cry (happily of course) and I let myself, I practically threw myself into his arms. “Yes” I said excitedly. My lips crashed against his gradually getting more passionate. I ran my hand through his hair and held on to him with my other. Our lips never broke apart. I felt his tongue trying to slip into my mouth and I almost let it but then, I decided to tease him and pull away. He looked down at me with shock, joy, and slight disappointment (because I pulled away). I looked up at him and bit my lip and did the flirtiest eyes, just so I could tease him just a little bit more. He then wiped the tears off my face. I grabbed his hand and ran into the kitchen. I couldn’t wait to tell Victoria. When I told her we hugged and squealed and acted like we were like little kids again after our crush asked us out or something. As soon as Niall left the room to call the boys Victoria asked, “What are you guys going to do now? You can’t really have a normal relationship.” I took a second to think about this. “I don’t really know. We defiantly can’t do anything here there is too many fans and paps .In London people treat him normal but Mikes there. Plus he will be on tour again soon. I don’t know maybe his home town and Ireland would work.” I sighed I guess I never really thought about it before. Victoria reached out and out her hand on mine, “I know you guys will figure this out. You guys really love each other, I can tell you have something special.” She said with a comforting smile. “You’re right.” I said. “Hey the boys are probably coming soon, I don’t think they would say no. I think you and Harry might hit it off.” I said with a laugh. She chuckled and hit my arm. “I’m not planning on it.” She said shaking her head at me. “These things aren’t exactly planned.” I said with a smirk gesturing to the direction Niall left. She just shook her head at me. Then, Niall walked in, “The lads say hi and they are on their way.” His beautiful voice told me. He came and sat next to me, “Ok sounds good.” I said cheerfully looking at my boyfriend. Yes ladies and gentle boyfriend and, one I’m actually proud to call my boyfriend.
*Several hours later*
Niall’s phone starts to vibrate; it was a text from Louis. He said that they just landed. “Alright let’s go get them” I said standing up. “You should probably stay here, to stay out of the press.” Niall said calmly putting his hand on my shoulder. “Hey, we’re in this together right? We don’t need to hide me anymore.” I said equally as calm looking straight into his eyes hoping it would make him give in. Niall sighed and gave me a look of defeat. “Ok let’s get going.” He said putting out his hand for me to grab. I took his hand and looked at Victoria “You coming?” I asked her. She shook her head no. “I have to tidy up a little and take a quick shower.” I raised my eyebrow at her and she rolled her eyes, “Besides there won’t be enough room in the car, you’re already one seat short.” She said defending herself. Oh right I didn’t think about that. I guess someone is going to sit on the floor then. “Oh yeah ok, see you soon.” I said before turning to walk out the door. Why did she want to get a shower? Is she trying to impress Harry or something? I can’t help smiling at the thought. We get into the car and pull away to the airport.
