Diana's P.O.V

*knock knock*
I roll over and groan.
"What?" i yell
"open the door" ugh Harry.
"no!"
"are you gonna open the door or what?" a very familiar voice says.
"Max ?" I ask.
"No it's fucking Santa Clause" he says I can almost picture him rolling his eyes.He 's too young to cuss but he doesnt care.He's thirteen and in seventh grade.He even knows what sex is! I blame his friends.Actually he's not too young to know those stuff.
I get up and open the door.
"hey sis" he greets.
I hug him tightly " hey, why are you here I thought you were supposed to be in Cali. with mom ?"
"oh yeah I got expelled from school so mom sent me here " he said like it was nothing.
" why did you get expelled ?" i ask while walking down the stairs towards the kitchen.Of course Harry being the nosy fucker follows us.
" oh lots of things " Max says.
I raise an eyebrow " like what ?"
"oh you know , passing classes while barking like a seal , talking back to a teacher, getting caught making out with a girl in the bathroom, not doing homework , stuff like that" he spoke so fast i almost didnt hear him mention the making out part.
" You got caught making out with a girl in the bathroom? You gotta be more careful " i joke
I knew he thought I was going to be mad at him but I'm not like that.I want him to have fun But he shouldn't lose his virginity too early.
"lets go get icecream I saw a cool place on my way here." max said
"Sure let me get dressed." I said and walked up to my room.

When we got to the icecream place we all chose a booth.Harry obviously had to come.He sat next to me and Max sat in front of us .What I liked about this place is that they come to your table and take your order .The bad thing is that Daisy works here.The schools slut.I fucking hate her. Every guy I like she gets.
Daisy came and took our order.Being the slut that she is she was practicly shoving her boobs in harry's face and harry looked like he was in heaven.
" hey handsome" she said twirling a piece of her hair in her finger.
I saw Max roll his eyes " hey lady, can you stop being a slut and take our order? Thank you very much "
I bit my lip , trying hard not to laugh. She scowled at him but took our order.
"Thank god she left .She looks like she has a smelly vagina " Max said.
When she came back with our orders she rudely shoved Max's icecream towards him.
She did the same to me but put down Harry's icecream nicely in front of him.
" Lady , what the heck .I am a small harmless child.Put down my icecream the right way.Or do we need to speak to your manager ?" Max smugly asked.
She smiled sarcasticly at him and put down his icecream the right way.
" much better. You can leave now." he said
When she left I smiled and shook my head.
" What" Max asked " I know you hate her"
I looked over at Harry, who hasnt said a thing , to find him already looking at me.
