*ZAYN’S POV*

I was little apprehensive about this find the duck thing… We were all pretty confident that Mia wouldn’t retaliate after the last prank, well at least not as fast as she did. I wanted to take a bedroom duck but Perrie convinced me to take a bathroom instead.

“What will I have to do when I find him?” I asked her before entering the bathroom.

“Well you will have to lead it out into its cage”

“Ok… Seems simple enough”

I turned the corner into the room and there he sat wading around in a tub full of water. I went over to the tub cautiously and knelt beside it unsure of what my next move should be…

For a while I sat at one end of the tub while the duck sat at the other, we just stared at each other for what seemed like ages…

Then out of nowhere it lets out a very loud quack and splash water in my face, thus ending our staring
contest…

“You saw that! He deliberately splashed my face, the little git!”

My insult seemed to have set him off… He started flailing all around the tub and somehow in a matter of seconds it managed to end up on my neck and my face under the water…

“You little bastard!” I said as I resurfaced from the water… Now I could hear Perrie giggling at my disheveled appearance and my growing annoyance towards the duck.

“You know instead of laughing you could be helping me…”

“Sorry love, but I have strict orders from Mia to only record and not help at all.” She said not feeling guilty at all.

“Fine… It can stay there.” I said walking out the door.

“Babe it can’t actually stay in Lou’s tub…”

“Why not? Ducks like water and he looks pretty content… Besides Louis said he wanted a pet…Well there you go.” I said gesturing towards the duck.

“Zayn it can’t stay at Louis’ flat …just make a trail of bread and he will follow it to his cage ok…”

A half-a-loaf of bread and a few finger snapping attempts later, the duck was locked away into its cage and out of my hair… My mind suddenly focused solely on my hair and how I could taste some of my hair products from the water that was dripping down my face.

I went a told Louis that the duck was out his bathroom and that I was going to take a shower seeing as how I definitely earned one…

Not a very long chapter I know… I never really envisioned Zayn’s chapter to be any longer than this… hope you all still enjoyed it… I’m going to try and make up for it in the Harry and Naill chapters, I think those will be pretty funny! Anyway love you guys I’ll update soon!
