MaciMayLeyton Finally home!! Summer that never ends.. Florida!!
I watched my notifications pop-up and giggled a little. I clicked off of Instagram and locked my phone. "I wish I was daiting One Direction.. It would be great to be famous.. How does it feeel?" "I'm not famous" I rolled my eyes as we pulled up to the dock. "Thanks for taking us on the boat ride, Mr.Macalahan" I smiled at Merediths dad as we all steped off the deck. "Anytime, It was like old times sake" He ruffled my hair as he passed me laughing. "It's good to be home" I sighed, geting into Mer's car, the smell of vanilla filling my nose. She turned on her car, 'Give Me Love' blaring through the speakers. She was completly in love with him.
We sang, more like screamed along to every song on the album like old times, until we got to my old house. I slowly opened my door and headed up to the house. I hadn't seen my dad in atleast a year. I knocked on the door, hearing at least 2 boys inside. The door opened to a tattoo filled guy, around my age. "Yeah?" He asked, ajusting his hat. "Um, I'm here for my dad.. James?" I asked, crossing my arms. "Well, he isnt here right now, but you can come in and wait for him." He opened the door wider and I waved my hand to Mer, telling her to come in. She got out and ran up to the door, practically skitting to a stop when she say the guy at the door.
He looked her up and then smiled, holding out his hand to her. "Ryan" "Meredith" She said, shyly tucking her hair behind her ear, shaking his hand. "Fine then" I said, sarcastically.
I looked around the house, it was just like we had left it. "So, you said something about your 'dad'?" He put quotations around Dad and I got defensive. "Yes, my dad! Why are you in my house anyways?" I asked, flipping my hair behind my shoulder. "This is my house, that's why I'm here" He laughed a little. "You must be.. um.. what's the name again.." He stuttered. "Maci" I asked. "Yeah, Maci!" He exclaimed. "Jame's has talked a lot about you! I'm your brother, well, step-brother" He smiled and I nodded. "So, Lucy and my dad finally got married?" I asked myself, going over to the couch and having a sit. "Yeah, you have a little sister, too, she's upstairs. Wanna see her?" He asked, standing up. I nodded, standing and following him, Meredith right behind me.
"Laken?" He cracked the door and she looked up from playing barbies. "Maci" She yelled, running up to me. I laughed a little and looked up to Ryan and he mouthed "Dad" and I nodded knowing what he meant. "Do you want to play with me?" She asked, giving me no choice as she dragged me over to her playhouse.
